Love this place!!! I always order from here, I guess you can say its my go too place for dinner lolol

Def a favorite place of mine ! Have to try the buffalo waffle fries; they are to die for ! I have never been to a pizzeria/​restaurant that everything you try is amazing… until now. The wings are by far the best wings I ever had ever& there isn’t enough to say but loveeee this place.

Completely rude and poor service by who picked up the phone, Alex. Called on a Saturday night, first, was rushed through the entire conversation and was told to hurry up because he has other customers waiting. Second, called back to change my order and was told I can’t change my order and recieved constant attitude. When the order came it arrived wrong. Completely disappointed considering I always order food from
this place.

Had my wife’s birthday catered by these guys and the food was a hit. It was delivered exactly on time and set up by s very helpful delivery guy who would accept no help and was alone. We went to the restaurant to order the catering and I was impressed with how clean the kitchen is. We ate a slice in the little take out area. I looked around and noticed even the rubber gasket at the bottom of the soda fridge was clean. And the floor around it. Yesterday The wife and j treated ourselves and ordered a couple fun sandwiches sat on the patio with a couple of beers and enjoyed a pleasant evening. I really like this place.

Any place that serves Fat Sandwiches is a good place in my book!
We ordered food from here the other night while visiting friends in West Milford and it was great. They have your average pizzeria food (Pizza, Hot & Cold Sandwiches, Pasta, ect.) what I really enjoyed seeing was that they offered fat sandwiches which can be hard to find in some areas. I ordered a cheese steak with just onions and cheese, my friend ordered chicken fingers with fries, a personal pizza, and my boyfriend ordered a fat bastard. The food showed up about 20 mins after we placed the order and the food arrived hot and fresh.
My cheese steak was pretty good, not the best not the worst I’ve ever had I would order it again. My friends really seemed to enjoy their food as well. The highlight of my evening was getting to watch my boyfriend demolish his Fat Bastard (cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken cutlet with fries and mayo).
I will definitely be back to try out some more of what pizza one has to offer!

Their food is excellent! We have gone here close to 10 times and never had a complaint. The food is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. The buffalo waffle fries are delicious as well as their pizza. The bread they bring to the table is always fresh and delicious and they give you a variety. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Their pizza crust tastes weird. The shape of the pizza is also perfectly rounded. One thing that I like about small pizzerias is the imperfect shape of their pizzas. it shows that it’s homemade. Will not be ordering from Pizza One again.

Unfortunately I rarely order from here anymore because of their tipping policy. Customers can no longer tip the driver on their credit card but have to tip in cash. I rarely have cash on me these days and won’t order delivery if I can’t tip the driver. I used to order delivery from here a few times a month and now I’m down to maybe twice a year if that.

Pizza is decent, I would somewhat recommend this place. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a good sandwich. It has always been a pleasant experience interacting with their staff.

For a pizza place, their sandwiches are on point! They are healthy and very yummy! My son would house a Fat Bastard and I’d get full watching him eat it all! Lol. They have a great selection of other items and their prices are very reasonable — you actually get bang for your buck. The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is I’m not a big fan of their pizza. Now, I’m not saying it’s disgusting or not good. They make a good pie… But, this is North Jersey and we’ve got us some of the best pizza joints — and in any 5 square mile radius, you’ve got North of 75+ pizzeria’s to choose from (see what I did there.?). I’ve had better and I’ve had worse… Just not this guy’s top choice…
Bottom line, they have fast, courteous service — and on any given day or night, you see numerous «Pizza One» signs on cars out there delivering their yummy treats. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about this establishment. I work right near the Pizza One in Wayne so I’ve ordered from there plenty of times. When I moved to Riverdale, I noticed that the Haskell location was the closer Pizza One to order from through delivery. I know that sometimes restaurants with multiple locations can vary on their service so I was nervous on making the switch, but I quickly learned that both locations are equally amazing.
I never have cash, so their online ordering feature is perfect. It allows you to customize any item on the menu with ease, which is probably one of the coolest online ordering systems I’ve ever used. I’m sometimes reluctant to order anything other than pizza from pizzerias but this is definitely not the case at Pizza One. I’ve had everything from pizza, to sandwiches and paninis, appetizers, quesadillas, chicken fingers, you name it. EVERYTHING is delicious! Delivery is always spot on with their estimated delivery time, and sometimes comes even sooner. The only problem I’ve come across with their online ordering is that they do not allow you to tip on your credit card. The first time I ordered online, I did not have any cash and was expecting to tip on my card that I used online. I ended up not being able to tip the driver, which I felt awful about. This might be about the only issue (if you can even call it that) that I’ve ever had from my many, many times ordering from here. You can’t go wrong with Pizza One!

The food is always fresh and tasty. We love everything on the menu from Pizza to dinners or a sandwich. We always order delivery never have eaten inside one day we shall best place for Italian food!

We just moved to the area and ordered a couple pies to feed the generous family and friends who helped with the move. We picked Pizza 1 because it was the closest but the pies ended up being exceptional! Everyone was very impressed, and we have extremely high standards for pizza.

Needed delicious warm bites at the end of a wonderful but draining family wedding weekend. Called near closing time on a Sunday and drove to pixk up the order. Two different orders of boneless chicken wings were delicious, hugely generous portions, and piping hot. Bbq flsgor especially scrumptious.
Gravy fries were just a great indulgence.
Ate the leftovers next day on a road trip. Wife and i got two meals out of this.
Perfect bites for what I needed in a small town late at night. Yum.

The test for great pizza and quality of food used/​produced is a plain cheese pizza. This place is magnificent! They use quality ingredients and produce delicious pizza. Best I’ve had in a very long time! Can’t wait to indulge in their whole menu offerings.

Well, I have also indulged in their Sicilian Pizza and Salad since the first review. The Sicilian Pizza was fantastic with a perfectly risen crust, which prevents a doughy/​heavy result. Had sausage and spinach with some garlic as toppings. The finished flavor profile was perfect. The salad that I put together from their large selection of ingredients was a great accompaniment and all was very Fresh. The one thing I would say could have been better is that there should have been more lettuce/​greens used to make a larger salad (ordered a large size).
Don’t Hesitate to Enjoy their offerings!

Used to order delivery from here all the time. Food is decent, and for the most part we haven’t had problems with incorrect orders, or incorrectly cooked items.
Biggest reason we don’t order from here more often these days is that they changed their system some time back and while you can pay for the food with a credit card, you can’t add your tip to the charge. We don’t carry a lot of cash, and sometimes we just don’t have enough to take care of the delivery person. If I have to go out anyway, I’m more likely to go and do something a bit more high end, or I’ll just go run thru a drive thru.
Wish they would fix this because sometimes we settle for another delivery service instead, when we really do not wish to leave the house.
That said, the food here is pretty good, and they have a nice selection to choose from.

Hi Dante! You know I love food. But, I have ordered the stuffed potato bites a few times and the amount you get and the amount you charge is crazy. If you look in your pics, I posed an order of stuffed tator tots from The Cheesecake Factory. They give you 14 or more for only $ 5.95. Yours are dollar more with about half of their amount. Just sayin’.

West Milford is not a place where delivery reigns.
We had eaten here a few months ago and tentatively asked if they would deliver, and YES!!! WAHOO!
We had 2 pizzas, Dante’s Favorite and Ringwood’s Favorite, plus one of the best linguine in white clam sauce dishes I’ve had (and I’ve had them in Italy).
Everything was wonderful, the delivery guy was polite and engaged. I want to broadcast to West Milford… really good food… delivered.

I’m pleased to say that the staff at Pizza One has addressed most of my complaints from my previous review. Last week, I came in with a friend for a few slices and garlic knots and the cashier Missy was attentive and got everything out fast despite it being very busy; when we left, two of the delivery drivers held the door open for us and said «have a good night». I was pleasantly surprised at the kind gesture.
So a few nights ago, I decided to order a Rodeo burger and BBQ chicken bites for delivery. The guy told me 45 minutes, and the delivery driver got here in 25 minutes (I live in PL, drive is usually about 7 – 8 minutes depending on traffic); again, this was another pleasant surprise. Overall, I’m just happy that I can enjoy the food without all the pains I experienced a few months back.

I spend most weeks on the road traveling all over the US for work. Today I drove another 2 hrs more after I decided I was starving to get to Pizza One. This is the best pizza shop/​Italian restaurant I have found in North America. …Wish I didnt live 3 hrs away. Try the Miami Beach salad and or anything else on the menu all delicious! !!!
