This is the absolute worst bank I have ever had to deal with. The employees are rude and unprofessional. I called the branch for an issue with my account at 835 am. I was transferred to the assistant branch manager Carmen who stated call me back in 10 min I just got in. I cant use my card I am at a gas station trying to get to work and I am delayed further. This is just one of many issues. I called headquarters in the past, they told me to go to another branch. I need to inconvenience myself rather than correcting the situation. I now have closed my account. Go to TD bank
