I was building a new system and was having serious issues with the motherboards (3 of them in succession) so I knew it was probably me missing something.
I finally gave up and sought out a local repair shop here on Unilocal and came across Supreme. So I bite the bullet and drop the machine off. That very evening I get a call from Rafal advising me that I had neglected to install one of the power cables. I dropped that off the next day and Rafal had it installed and my machine up and running by the next morning. And to top it off they only charged my the standard bench fee! Can’t beat that.

Ralph was great from start to finish. Helped me repair an old gaming computer that I made back in college that was heavily neglected. Prices were very reasonable and so much better than what the scrubs over at Loser Squad would charge you. Turnaround time was also good. Even after getting my computer serviced there, Ralph was very helpful in trying to troubleshoot an internet connectivity issue for me. Turns out it was just my wireless adapter being that wasn’t working, but still appreciate the eagerness to help.

Simply amazing. Helpful, supportive, and responsive. I had several hardware configuration issues with my laptop, including a non-​responsive touch pad and problems with my headphones. I was unsure if it was a driver or hardware issue. They solved both issues within a matter of minutes and didn’t even charge! Great service. On top of that, I realized my headphone issue was due to wear on the laptop port but, with some experimentation in the store, I found out using a different pair of headphones may temporarily solve the problem. They had some very affordable skull candy headphones which I decided to purchase and (a) they fixed the issue with my laptop, and (b) they sound 1000 times better than my old headphones. Overall I am really happy I decided to travel to Supreme Computer Solutions.

Took my laptop in due to the fan dying. Even though the part took a week to arrive, I was very impressed with their service. They can’t control the mail after all. They kept me updated and mentioned another issue that they could fix and were not pushy after I declined. $ 150 for a replacement fan and labor with a 30 day guarantee. I would definitely recommend them to others!

My 2 years old Asus i7 laptop was badly infected by viruses. Also, hackers installed startup (syskey) password so I even could not get to Windows. I was unable to recover Operating System (OS) since hackers made some changes to the recovery partition.
Ralf was able to restore factory (Windows 8.0) settings and completely updated OS to 8.1.
On my request he installed Malware and Spyware programs so that I could control the system.
I took laptop home and started installation of some other applications from the internet. I was not careful enough and along with needed applications installed some malware.
Ralf asked me to bring laptop and fix the problem second time without any charge.
Moreover, he created a new partition with system image so that I can easily restore OS in case of corruption.
Honestly, it was the best service I’ve ever received.

My desktop had crashed. I am not computer savvy in any way. I was worried that my lack of knowledge could be taken advantage of and went to Unilocal for consumer help.
I was impressed by the comments for this particular company so brought it to them.
The diagnostic fee was reasonable. and within 24hrs my computer was working and back in my possession. I was very satisfied with the explanation and small additional charge to fix it. The gentleman who I dealt with was very friendly and professional. What more can you ask. Highly recommended.

Supreme Computer Solutions is the best computer fix it store, no question, in this area! If you go anywhere else I can assure you, you’re either sacrificing time, money or files needlessly. When my brand new laptop crashed Best Buy quoted me two weeks to repair a hard drive, I have a protection plan with them so I had no choice. However, I’m in a competitive Masters Program and I can’t be without a computer for any extended period of time.
I had my three year old Vaio that I hadn’t used since July of 2013. It had crashed and instead of fixing it I had bought a new computer, which was my first mistake. Thinking that maybe I could fix my old laptop, I began looking into prices. To repair my old computer I spoke with Best Buy, local retailers and MicroCenter in Paterson, and most places quoted me $ 100 just to diagnose the problem! Forget about actually fixing it and Best Buy told me three weeks, Microcenter told me a month and the time frames kept growing. Supreme Computer Solutions quoted me $ 40 to perform a diagnostic test and told me they could give me the computer back within 48 hours. I was actually informed that the diagnostic portion of my repair could be done same day and the full repair would be done within a 48 hour period. I was skeptical but I felt like it was an older computer and this was definitely the best price and time frame I’d heard, so I gave it a shot.
The three year old laptop that I dropped off, hadn’t been powered on since July 2013. When I did turn it on, it would just go straight to a black screen with a blinking cursor. I dropped it off on a Thursday evening and I got a call back to pick it up the next day! It took one day to fix my computer and even though I anticipated a high cost, the computer was fixed for $ 110. If I knew there was such a reliable place to drop off my computer and get it fixed within such a reasonable time frame then perhaps this summer I could have just fixed this computer instead of springing for a new one.
For $ 110, which included one day of labor and all parts and services, my computer came back to me in perfect working order with the original operating system reloaded, Microsoft Word and Excel Starter, and he was kind enough to reload my Mozilla Firefox, Itunes and Anti-​virus. A program was also loaded which allows me to monitor my Hard drive for any other problems.
Don’t waste time with corporate places that don’t care, the owner is the nicest guy. He shook my hand, he looked me in the eye and he didn’t treat me like just another customer. Plus he does everything, data retrieval, screen repair, broken apple screens, he’s just a pro. I was really impressed and I’m just so thrilled with the services provided.

I chose Supreme Computer from the past reviews ratings. I’m glad I did. Fantastic service and communication. I had dropped my ipad on the cement garage floor by accident and it had several small cracks on the corner. I dropped it off late on a Tuesday and picked it up late on Thursday. They called me twice to inform me my iPad was completed. The price quoted in advance was the price I was charged and they even knocked $ 10.00 off the price because the aluminum back cover corner was dented and they could not get it perfect. I would recommend Supreme Computer to anyone for an apple product glass repair or any computer repair.

As an IT manager for a medium sized company, I’m dealing with a computer failure of some sort on a weekly basis. Supreme Computer has delivered when I have called on them to do repairs for varying makes of PCs. I have dropped computers off on a Friday afternoon and they worked over the weekend to have them ready on Monday. I would recommend them to any PC owner in need of service.

My laptop was a bit of a mess, and I took it there fully expecting to be told that it would be better to buy a new one rather than pay to fix it. He kept the computer for 2 days and ran all sorts of diagnostics, and didn’t find anything. He did, however, suggest a couple of programs that may have been incompatible and that I could try deleting one if I had the subscription information just in case. He was right! My laptop (2.5 years old) is working great again.
The best part: he only charged me $ 40 for the extensive diagnostics! This is a clean shop with a knowledgeable, friendly and polite proprietor. I would highly recommend checking it out for whatever your computer needs are!

After accidently cracking my macbook screen I searched everywhere for the best and cheapest option for a quick fix. Supreme Computer Solutions was hands down the cheapest and best local option I could find out there. They were extremely helpful on the phone when I inquired about estimates and repair time and even nicer when I dropped off my laptop in person. They called me prior to fixing to let me know the exact pricing for the repair (which was right on target with the estimate they had given me earlier) and had the computer ready to pick up by the next day. All together the fix came to $ 250 (including tax) which is great compared to the Apple Store’s $ 700 and many other local businesses who charged in the $ 300 – 500 range. I would definitely recommend Supreme Computer Solutions for all bumps, cracks, and other related problems!
