Polite staff, fresh ingredients(especially the bread)! Speedy serving, reasonable prices, everything is home made, and healthy portions! Nothing but great things to say about this little deli!

Food is good however the lady working there was SORUDE for no reason. He guy that usually makes the sandwiches is super nice and this is the first time this older lady was taking my order. She cut me off while I was speaking my order. Walked away. Never smiled. Took my card when I paid and threw it back to me. And she was about to put my stuff in a bag when I said I would eat it here she threw a fit and threw the bag down looked at me and rolled her eyes. I have NEVER seen someone so disrespectful and rude especially at a business like that. For absolutely no reason. And even my boyfriend saw and said how ridiculous she was for no reason at all. After that experience I don’t even want to go back to this place.

Excellent product. That said, bad/incompetent service. Specifically ordered a B.L.T. The sandwich came out, and I was asked if I wanted anything on it. I specified provolone and olive oil for what I believed to be what I ordered — a B.L.T. Got home to find that it was merely a bacon sandwich with cheese and oil. Called to advise of the mistake and the woman(older, brunette, glasses) said I should’ve specified lettuce and tomato. Fair enough, a the very least, I should’ve held her hand and taught her at the counter what should come on a B.L.T. But what was most egregious was her attitude on the phone … her inability to acknowledge that she had indeed made a mistake, and her tone was less than professional and unbecoming someone who should’ve been open to constructive criticism that can only improve the way this business servers its customers. Be warned: The food is good — just be prepared to school the employees on the basics of what you specifically ordered.

Overall, just meh… my eggplant sandwich was on the greasy side and was not tasty at all. I saw the cook in the back microwaving my eggplant to warm it up. The place looks like it needs a good cleaning… the choice of cold cuts looked limited and what was there did not look appetizing. I wouldn’t go back…

Good subs but don’t expect good service. The lady over the counter is consistently rude. So why do I keep going back, they have good subs to get n go elsewhere!

Awful service. The lady is very rude and unfriendly and the place is pretty gross. They use the same slicer for meats and cheese and don’t wipe it down after slicing each meat. I too am surprised no one has gotten sick here.

I really like this spot. They are super friendly and you definitely get your money’s worth. The bread always tastes super fresh and the meats are above average quality. Portions are pretty big as well. Sometimes I split a half with the wife and I will still be satisfied. Don’t even bother with the sandwich chains in the area. They don’t come close.

I’m cleaning up a #4 as I write this. Some pros: — lots of meat — the whole sub is huge — lettuce is very finely sliced — great bread Cons: — price is a little on the high side for this type of food, but you get a lot — not as much italian dressing as I like, and I asked for extra — maybe a little too much meat Overall, a pretty good sandwich. Very comparable to a Jersey Mike’s or Jersey Giant style sub. The sub is huge and could easily feed two people. I did get the«Super», so take that for what it’s worth. They do use red onions here which gives the sub a slightly different taste than what I’m accustomed to. All things considered, it’s a delicious sandwich. I won’t have to eat again until tomorrow!
