Business Owner

I am a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of Cortiva Institute in Hoboken, NJ. I am trained in multiple modalities including deep tissue, myofascial, sports, trigger point, structural integration and orthopedic massage. In addition, I am also a Certified Reiki Master.

Prior to obtaining my degree in massage therapy, I worked in Financial Services for 15 years as a project manager. After being diagnosed with cancer, I was introduced to massage as a means of recovery from the side effects of my treatments. It was then that I realized that she wanted to bring the benefits of massage and movement to others.

I have spent the last several years working with professional and amateur athletes, helping them to recover faster and perform better. Working closely with each client, I will customize a treatment plan that will help you achieve all of your wellness goals.
