Excellent customer service, punctual, polite, very professional, neat work. Would highly recommend to all my friends and neighbors. I had to leave for doctor appointment and got stuck at home as my garage door would not open. I found Jimmy via Unilocal and placed the call. Customer service representative was very polite, nice and compassionate to may situation. She asked, if she can call me back in few minutes to see if Jimmy can come in today. She called back right away to let me know that Jimmy can come in an hour. Jimmy and Carlos were by my front door right on time. They explained the problem: spring and cables, and gave me estimate. The door was fixed within one hour. I even was able to make my doctor same day. Thank you Jimmy and Carlos.

I used Jimmy for maintenance on my garage door. I bought a house that was built in the 1920’s and has the original garage door equipment. The remote garage door opener was very old and started to malfunction. I called Jimmy (found in Angie’s List) and setup an appointment. He arrive on time, was very knowledgeable, and setup 2 new remotes for my garage door. He also offered to program my car to open the garage door. He lubricated the tracks and springs to make sure no issue would occur in the future. Really nice guy and service was on point.

After some confusion on when they were going to come. Unilocal reviewers had given this company good reviews. The reviews are correct. Jimmy’s fixed my issue and made suggestions on how better to upgrade my unit. Not pushy just factual. Appreciated his comments. Neat worker — and tried a «fix» for my issue as my unit was too old for the keypad.
The «fix» did not work, he sincerely tried to find something that might work. I would definitely hire them to put new unit when it is time.

I found Jimmy through an online search and boy am I glad I did. My garage door cables snapped last winter. Being new to the area I had no idea who to call. Enter Jimmy — customer service to infinity and beyond. He showed up precisely on time, was so friendly, neat and efficient. Went above and beyond — spraying the doors to make sure they ran smoothly and spending extra time to make sure everything was balanced and closing securely. Also his truck is cleaner than most people’s homes.
Highly recommend him — if I could give them 10 stars I would.

In sales we have a saying called «under promise and over deliver.» It’s paramount in the customer experience. With service businesses that bar is normally set fairly low. Timing never really seems to be of the essence no matter the degree of urgency. My garage door opener was acting weird and I needed help so I checked Unilocal.Jimmy’s had all perfect ratings so I figured why not. Several hours later, the reason was made quite clear. He showed up well over an hour early, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away at a reasonable cost. This is what all contractors should aspire to. Oh, and he was a hell of a nice guy, as well. I give him my highest recommendation. I would never even consider calling anyone else in the future. You should do the same. 5 ENTHUSIASTIC Stars!

I hired Jimmy using an Amazon Local coupon.
I am extremely satisfied with the work done and his professionalism. Although the coupon was for one door, he used the extra available parts to upgrade our second door, at no charge to me. It is one of the few maintenance jobs that I have done where I always say, «I am glad that I did that».
He worked very neatly, the truck is spotless, and he was right on time.

Jimmy was here today to install our new garage door. This man is great. He did a beautiful job, going way beyond what we expected. A friend recommended him and I will do the same. He even swept the whole garage floor before he left! He really takes pride in his workmanship, and that is too rare today.

Jimmy just installed my new garage door replaced the motor etc it’s awesome! He is AWESOME! Super friendly nice person gave me great detail. He came at 8:30am was done by 1pm like they estimated. He took his time to describe the system to me in detail until I understood it completely. I wish he did other repairs as I would hire him again and again. I highly recommend. Quality job.

Jimmy is a very friendly person. His service charge is incredibly reasonable. I couldn’t expect my commercial garage door be fixed for just $ 100 Bucks. I called up other companies and every single of them estimate at least $ 300. He even put replacement wheels on it without any extra charge. Love his service! Definitely a must try.
