The company was founded in 1924 by Harlan Allen. Harlan moved from his childhood town of Beverly Massachusetts and established the agency in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey. In fact, the business still resides at the same address. Today the company is run by the third generation of Allen’s, with a branch office in Franklin Lakes, NJ. The agency now serves over five thousand personal and commercial clients all over the State of New Jersey.
