Terry’s TV & Appliances

Bought a GE washing machine from a big box store because I had gift cards from my children to offset the cost. Boy was that a mistake from a service point. Box store delivery folks ran into issue with installation because hose to remove water during the spinning cycle was too short to reach my drain. They basically told me it was my problem to get it to work (in broken English). I went to the old Wright’s store & found out it is now Terry’s. Mr. Terry understood my problem & sold me a $ 5.00 hose extender to reach my drain. Not only that but he carefully explained how to connect it to the GE hose. Worked like a charm. Boy what service!!! I feel bad that I didn’t purchase the item in this store & will always check first from now on when looking for any new TV or appliance. Good Job!!!

I first became a customer when the store was Wright’s Appliance, they won my loyalty great products, great prices and most importantly, outstanding customer service. When Mr. Wright retired and sold the store to long-​time sales associate, Zach Terry, the best traditions have not only remained, but have been amplified. My husband and I agree that we’ve never consider looking anywhere except Terry’s Appliance

This business was previously called Wright’s but according to the sales rep Tom, Mr Wright retired and it is now called Terry’s.
I went into Terry’s after being told that my oven could not be repaired and that I would have to purchase a new one. I was told by Tom the sales rep that he believed I might have a shot at fixing it. He recommended two repairman and I was able to get the oven repaired for 200 dollars.
By Terry’s missing out on a new sale of an oven, they gave up a 1200 dollar sale.
This is customer service at its best. Honest, old fashioned service that one almost never sees anymore.
Not only good service. Their prices are competitive with the big box stores. So it is a win, win!
I hope this review brings them tons of business. They deserve it!
