L’Alouette has new ownership! Renowned local chef Christian Schultz has reinvented and reopened as L’Alouette by Christian, and is serving Global cuisine with French influence, using fresh, local ingredients. White tablecloth dining in a warm and hospitable atmosphere. Serving dinner Thursday — Mondays starting at 5pm. A 3 course $ 27 dinner which changes nightly is available all evening every evening! We will be open Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

Chef Christian Schultz has been creating spectacular and inspired meals on Cape Cod for over 25 years. He was the Chef/Owner at Christian’s in Chatham for 20 years, then bought the Academy Ocean Grille in Orleans, where he was for 5 years. After working as Chef at The Barleyneck for a few years, Christian is back as an owner again with L’Alouette.
