I enjoy going to Sicily’s for the selection of pizza they serve. They have a taco pizza that really is quite good! My daughter likes the chicken noodle soup. It’s definitely not gourmet, but is a good place to go when you are hungry and want to gorge on carbs. This is unfortunately a regular occurrence for me. Thanks for being an enabler Sicily’s!!!

I’m all about a cheap pizza buffet, the pizza that was fresh wasn’t bad. There was a lot of really in fresh pizza, lettuce was turning brown and I refused to allow my kids to eat dessert, the ice cream machine was so dirty and only had one pizza dessert the whole time and it was not fresh! This restaurant should be a fun place to take kids to eat, but really needs to clean up the atmosphere!

This is a decent to good pizza buffet. I would probably give it 3 and a half stars if that was an option. The salad is good as are the pastas. The non-pizza food options are hit or miss and I usually don’t go for those. The pizza is hit or miss as well, but they have so much variety that there is some good stuff and enough to fill you up. The dessert pizza is delicious! There is tons of drink variety, coffee and iccees. It’s a great deal!

Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Everything I tried here is bland! From the pizza to the soups, pasta, and deserts. This is a cheap place to take kids and that’s it. The salad bar is decent.

This place is so disgusting and has really gone downhill. First time in years going here and it was awful. There was hardly any food put out. Maybe 5 pizzas. I remember that they always used to put out new fresh pizzas and they used to have a variety. Not anymore. They did not make any new pizzas, just had the select few and the empty dishes just sat there. I saw two pizzas come out while I was there both with pieces missing. Maybe kitchen staff got hungry?!? The rest of the food looked very unappetizing as well. Who knows how long that garbage had been sitting out. Workers didn’t even care. To top it off there were little flies, everywhere. We moved tables once but could not escape them. I hope they close their doors for business soon. Everything about that place is disgusting.

Seven years ago, my son had his 1st birthday party here. The food was fast, fresh and delicious. The perfect party place! Back then there was a punch card reward program. We ate here so much that we were continually redeming free buffets. I haven’t been here in a few years, so I was excited at the suggestion of eating here for lunch. I knew something was wrong when we went to the restroom to wash our hands. The women’s restroom had no soap, was dirty, and there was a huge hole in the wall where the infant changing table used to be. To cover the hole, there’s a big piece of cardboard held up on the wall by packaging tape. If there was food put out, most of it was fresh and delicious. My mom said the desert was nasty, and the ice cream tasted like it was mixed with powdered milk. One lady demanded her money back because she’d been in the restaurant for a long time and there was hardly any food available. The décor and furniture are the same from seven years ago, which wouldn’t be a problem if the place wasn’t falling apart. The pictures or posters on the walls were held together with packing tape, the empty soap dispensers were held together with electric tape, the seats were ripped, etc. The place needs a renovation. Won’t be coming back here.

I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was good for a fast food pizza buffet. They kept it well stocked. There was ice cream and dessert pizza. A salad bar with mixed green lettuce. The tables were clean. This is a family restaurant. Lots of kids. Senior citizen discount too. The soups I tried were the best part. Well worth the low price.

The pizza here is about the only fresh thing made besides the desert. There is a lot of old food served which is gross, had the red bean and it had old hard meat in it. I can’t believe its legal to serve. I took my kids here because they have a mini arcade in there, but I don’t think I would ever come back again. I’m still hungry because I only had a slice of pizza after trying the red beans I just didn’t dare to eat anything else here. I guess I have to spend more money and dine in else where after this.

Had a local«deal» voucher for this restaurant(actually, purchased two). Went to use it & they wouldn’t accept it & the staff as well as manager were EXTREMELY rude & hateful to us with our child present. Left & then tried to contact their corporate office. The corporate website has the word«email» on it but no link, email address offered or way to contact them through the website. Tried calling the phone number given and the phone has been disconnected. Have requested a full refund from the place I got the vouchers from & am never going to give this company a shot again. VERY fishy &VERY rude!

Well where to start about this place. I have been to a few CiCi’s, and I do know CiCi’s does use tomato sauce on their pizza. This place never got the hint that is how pizza is made. Bread, cheese, and toppings is it. You want something else, go fly a kite is the basic response they must have. I put one my own sauce to try to make it a pizza. The selection on one hand is great. They have a large assortment that will make most happy… Well unless you like tomato sauce… Then you are screwed. This isn’t the worst buffet every, but certainly can’t get pizza right and that is 90% of their menu… So that is just unsatisfactory.

The boyfriend suggested, «let’s go to CiCi’s for dinner.» I’m sorry, but I’m not eating cardboard with fake cheese that has been sitting around for hours. The compromise was trying Sicily’s buffet in Harvey. I noticed that they opened a new location in Boutte, so I figured they must be doing pretty well and was worth a try. They have a nice salad bar, along with a few different types of soup(and gumbo!). Then, there are TONS of different pizza options. All of them were still hot and melty from not sitting out too long, which was certainly unexpected at a buffet. After the pizza, there is a pasta area. You pick the pasta, then choose a sauce… they had a few to choose from. The most unique part, to me, was that they also had fish, chicken, cooked veggies, and some other items to pick from. Oh, and the largest beverage selection I have ever seen, including Icees. Obviously, the selection was huge. The food was mostly fresh. It still had that mass-produced feel to it, and wasn’t really anything special in terms of the food itself. However, it was edible, which is more than I can say for 99% of buffets out there. The atmosphere was also a nice change, as they definitely were going for some odd Italian/Cajun mix, and somehow it works. Keep in mind that this is definitely a place to bring the kids, so don’t expect a quiet meal.
