More than 20 years ago Jose Boesch had a vision of the future of Auto Title Processing. Jose began his career as a young man working in the non-​standard auto insurance industry. Jose quickly learned that survival in that industry required computer knowledge and maximizing the potential of referrals. In the early 1990’s, shortly after completing his college degree in Business, Jose pursued the Notary Commission in New Orleans. He has developed one of the largest notary based firms on the West Bank of Jefferson Parish. Jose continues to lead ABC Title with software development, financial analysis of the Greater New Orleans Motor Vehicle sales market, and DMV trouble shooting that is second to none in the industry. ABC Title was founded on these ideals and is poised to dominate the industry with Jose Boesch’s mind for technological innovation and «first to market ideas»

I’ve never really had to deal with DMVs, only rarely.
Being in Louisiana, I really thought coming to a DMV would be an ultimate nightmare, fortunately I was wrong.
I was here for doing a Title Transfer because I bought a motorcycle; being an active duty member buying from another active duty member was a plus here too.
The staff was good and understanding because I have no idea to anything when it comes to Louisiana Driving Laws.
Pretty sure I’ll be back here again if I have any problems!

Had I known how easy this place would transferring the title to my car, I would have done it a year ago and saved myself a $ 300 ticket. We walked right in on a SAturday morning and were helped immeadiately. We were doing an «act of donation» on a car, which by the way costs $ 185 total. I did not have to also go to the DMV. Everythign was taken care of for me here, and in a matter of minutes at that. Just don’t forget your license, license plate, and old registration. So easy!

Just tried to go there earlier and they were closed! But it wasn’t 2pm yet which was when they were suppose to close. I even called them beforehand and asked why time they closed today and they told us 2pm. The door was lock when my boyfriend and I got there. We even stood there for a bit wondering why they were already closed when it wasn’t even 2 yet. The lights were on and there were ppl inside talking but no one even came to the door. When we started walking to our car, someone came out, I’m guessing a worker, and walked straight to their car. At least have the decency to say you’re closed. Or not say you’re open till 2 today and decide to close up early. One thing I hate the most is wasting time. Even pisses me off more is that I called and asked what time they closed so they would know I was coming today and they still closed early. Just horrible.

ABC Title was the most efficient business or organization I’ve ever used in the New Orleans area. No joke. I was transferring my plates from out-​of-​state and I was in and out in 20 minutes! I’m headed back there today for re-​registration. Fingers crossed everything will go just as smoothly.

We were fourth in line for 9am opening and we were out of the office by 9:18!
My mom bought a car intended for my brother and put it in both of their names, but decided she wanted to keep it and give my brother another family car that was in my name. So we did an active donation to get my brother’s name off my mom’s car, and a donation to change the other car from my name to his. Since we weren’t selling the vehicles, it wasn’t a problem to donate them, and we got new license plates and registration papers before we left the office!
Oh, and they take major credit cards! Definitely recommend!

I have been here 3 times and everytime was a super fast and easy transaction. Everytime I go its gets better and faster. Compared to dealing with the DMV, there is no comparison.
The staff was courteous and extremely knowledgable on what needed to be done in transferring titles and issuing new plates.
The wait was short, each time.
Only advice is if you think you might have a difficult transaction, bring everything document wise. I thought I might of had a confusion issue so I brought everything involved. That happened to me and I didn’t need to come back. Once I didn’t have a copy if my insurance and they were nice enough to contact them and have a copy emailed to them while I was there to avoid another trip. Super cool
I used the notary portion once and same thing, no hiccups.
I will definitely be using this particular location again and again.
I havent had the same clerk at all my visits either, so no rudeness what noticed.

I just used ABC Title last week when, after an embarrassing didn’t-look-at-the-backup-camera-ran-into-my-husband’s-truck incident, I lost my license plate. Armed with my item number from NOPD, I was in and out of ABC in just a few minutes with my fancy new plate. I’d give a full 5 stars if they only had a little bit bigger waiting area and the screws to attach the license plates with!

Warning… crazy lady works here! We went in just to transfer a title and did not have all the paper work. Instead of telling us what we were missing we were just told it was wrong. Finally after asking the same question several different ways, she eventually answered with an attitude. She is the professional, not us so how were we suppose to know what pages were missing out of a judgment. It was not only the fact that see was not answering our questions it was the fact that she was yelling at us and the whole office heard our conversation. How mortifying! We normally do not use this abc title location and we will never use it again!
