These guys are great. I met John and Doug when they were giving complimentary stretches after a local race, and thought I’d try their offer of a free introductory session. I got one of the best workouts of my life — just hard enough to make it interesting, but not overwhelming. Even better, Doug took the time to understand my goals and show me how to work toward them. Most impressive, though, was the sense of cooperation and teamwork among the staff. Every trainer in the place took the time to introduce himself. Highly recommended.
