Nightmare for sure. I went in there the lights were turned off in the evening and no one was there. After waiting for like ten minutes and calling the place I finally got someone to open the door. Then they had a makeshift room upstairs for the massage not even a real room. My sister tried to call to make an appointment and use her groupon and no one has called her back and they redeemed her groupon without her using it. My sister went there today to see what was going on and they said something was illegal or wrong with it. So stay clear of it.

I too, am one of the suckers who bought a Groupon for a massage at this place. I showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled appt of 1pm and the lights were out and the doors were locked. I called the number on the Groupon and left a message. The owner, Kevin called me right back and said his car had broken down on the highway and that he didn’t know how long it was going to be. By now it was a few minutes after 1pm and I asked why the therapist wasn’t there even though he wasn’t. He didn’t know and I told him to call her and call me back. He did and it seems that she was stuck in traffic but was very close to arriving. Now it was 1:10pm. He apologized and offered me an extra half hour or an additional massage on another day. I waited until 1:20pm and nobody was in sight so I called Kevin back and said that I couldn’t wait and he apologized and said he would call me that night to make a new appt. He never did and I left him a message 2 days later. Still no call. After reading the other reviews where they no-showed I knew that this wasn’t going to happen. Groupon is working on a refund for me. I wonder how he stays in business and how he pays his rent if he is «always closed.» It really boggles the mind. Shame, shame, shame on you Kevin.

Bought a deal from GROUPON& called them a number of times & nobody to this day ever returned a phone call. I even called the hair salon associated with it & spoke to someone on several occasions & was promised a return call but still no response. So DONOT waste your time with this salon. If this is their idea of professionalism, you will most likely be sorry you went. I finally had to get a refund from Groupon. Hopefully enough bad reviews will shut the doors for good.

I had trouble contacting them for months after buying a Groupon for a massage. i finally contacted Groupon, who attempted to contact them with no luck, and eventually refunded my money. I would go elsewhere!

I, too, am also having a nightmare trying to redeem a Groupon I purchased in May. So far I have called three times, and left three messages, with no one calling me back. Very unprofessional. If I ever do get through, and get an appt, I will report back as to the actual service, but for now I would say be VERYWARY.

I went there for a massage and I am impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was. I felt welcome and I would deff go back there. My massage therapist was Michele, she was wonderful — skilled and very amicable. Kevin took care of me as I walked in with paperwork, etc and he was very nice as well. I enjoyed my experience. I have not tried the salon services, only the spa(the spa area is under the hair salon) but will probably give it a shot to the hair services at some point.
