This is my favorite ramen noodle bar & restaurant in all of Hartsdale! The food is awesome, the restrooms are clean, and best of all, it’s kid-friendly! What more could you want? I am DEFINITELY coming back again in the near future!

I usually don’t put my review on public. But I want to the owner now about our feeling. This is not first time we had weird feeling at the place. 1) we ordered extra«chashu“which is a slice of barbecue pork, and waitress told us «oh that’s my favorite too!» Then she went to ask coworker said loud«what is chashu???» 2)we work late want to stop by and have some ramen but«NO!!!» They close 9pm? Too early for ramen place. If you said IZAKAYA. That’s mean wine bar in Japanese. Never heard a bar close that early!!! So strange. 3) we had«tantan men» the spicy meat on top of it. The meat was freezing cold. So we asked to fix it. The waiter and kitchen guys talk and told us. It wasn’t frozen so meat is fresh and good. ??? Excuse me??? We are Japanese we know that ramen suppose to be!!! I like ramen place. So hopefully the owner know the problem there!

Nice place in a strip mall on Central Ave. Clean, reasonably priced, inviting and friendly service. I had the lunch special with ramen and a salad. Salad was a typical Japanese type salad with ginger dressing. Solid. The ramen was delicious. Not the best I ever had but certainly a 4 star rating. Lots of flavor, perfectly cooked noodles. No doubt one of the best ramen places in westchester in my book

Best Ramen in Westchester… revisited and improved. So we went again, took our own advice, and avoided the Miso Ramen and bao. What had changed is the quality of the Tonkotsu(original) broth — still not quite up to NYC standards but better than last time. But once again I suggest the Tantanmen(spicy) Ramen — not too spicy but with just enough kick to make you forget any inadequacies in the basic broth. We also did better with our appetizer choices. The Rock Shrimp and chicken kara-age were quite simply spectacular. Crunchy and tasty and aromatic and just perfect. The spicy edamame was quite good as well… but just a touch too oily. All in all we were very, very pleased. The only off-note was that by the time we were ready to leave the place was jumpin’ and flagging down our waitress to get us our check and then bring back the credit card proved to be annoying difficult. But still a 5 star visit.

Second time was better than the first. Pretty good for a Westchester ramen spot. Pork buns were ok, pork was a little dry. Ramen was definitely better. I’d go back again. The kogashi ramen was extremely salty and the pork was VERY over cooked. Yes, technically, it was ramen, but overall I did not enjoy my experience.

I have been waiting for 10 minutes for my take out order. What bothered me was that I felt like I was in a high school hallway between classes… three staff were in the back by the register gossiping.. One staff member was attentive, waiting all the tables, and setting all the empty tables. Very unprofessional. Would not go back.

Unfort we didn’t get to try the food. It wasn’t a busy night and the hostess told us to give her 2 mins to sit us down…10 mins pass and hostess disappears… we walked out, went to so gong dong tofu up the street… much better service!

Best Ramen in Westchester. Friendly service, excellent food. I have tried several Ramen and I got to say that this is the most consistent. Always great.

I give them 3 stars. On my first visit I had their shoyu tonkotsu ramen which was good! I slurped it until the last drop. The charsu pork was well done too. I highly recommend this and it was a reason for me to go back. Hence, I returned the next day obsessing about ramen again. I ordered the miso ramen out of curiosity and I was sadly disappointed. The broth was too salty for my liking and it had a chicken cube type of flavor. Their charsu pork also had such a bbq sweet flavor. I’ve had way better and real miso ramen. It honestly tasted like Filipino pancit canton with some weird broth. I should have ordered something else. I must commend their service though. They are friendly and attentive. There are lots of seats and parking spaces too.

I stopped by tonight and ordered the tantanmen + chashu per the suggestion of the host/server. The ramen was great — the broth was spicey and falvorful, the noodles were boiled to perfection, and the toppings were excellent! I ate at momofuku and totto in NYC recently and would say that this particular dish is on par with the ramen I tried at the aforementioned establishments! I am eager to go back, but am torn as to whether I should stick with the tantanmen or try something new!

So, I’m currently attempting to try all the Ramen places in Westchester since I love it so much. It’s very reminiscent of when I was younger and the mother of my Japanese bestie at the time, would make us lunches of fragrant and hearty soups, chock full of Japanese flavors, seaweed and noodles. Hubby and I stopped in about 30 minutes before closing for some din and we were welcomed with a table and didn’t feel rushed at all. They have the open kitchen set up and you’re able to sit at the dining bar so as to watch your meal being prepared for you. Our server was very pleasant and offered me a taste of their featured Japanese IPA so that I could decide on my beverage. Although it smelled and tasted great, I opted for some sake. I believe the one I ordered was the Shakaragura, served chilled; very crisp sake. Hubby went with the less expensive hot house sake. Hubby and I shared the Tuna Aburi Don which tasted great. It was served in a bowl with warm white rice, drizzled with soy sauce, topped with seared tuna, seaweed and scallion. For our mains, hubby ordered the Kuroshio Ramen with Chicken and I got the Miso Ramen with Chicken and asked for a Spice Bomb. I love the fact that I can get something other than just hot oil to increase the heat intensity of my soup. The server suggested I put a little in at a time but I just threw the whole ball in and let it mix into the broth. I have no qualms with heat so for me, the spicier, the better. We ordered the Tantanmen Ramen for my son with Chashu Pork and a Spice Bomb. He liked his meal as well. We all liked the food and Kishuya is a definite contender when it comes to ramen, north of the city and although they are not our favorite out of the places we’ve tried, we would definitely go back.

Good ramen restaurant, nice and quick, perfect for casual lunch or diner. Ramen are not the best that I had but the best around this area. Service very nice too. Will come back often i think

Tasty ramen. Good broth. The service was fast and friendly. This is definitely not 50 cent supermarket ramen. This quality is leagues better than most of us associate with ramen.

This is an absolutely legitimate ramen spot in the heart of Westchester. I am tempted to give it five stars, but I will wait for a second visit to be sure. We started off sharing lettuce wraps with minced meat(I am guessing pork) which were the usual specialty which I associate with Chinese restaurants, but well executed here. The tonkotsu ramen was very good, rich broth, tender chashu, good noodles. The kogami may have been even better. I supplemented it with corn. Would have liked more piggy for the price. Overall, just half a notch below the Ippudos, Momofukus and Tottos of this world. One thing I don’t care for is the minimal condiment selection. You get white and red pepper(togarashi?). If you want it hot, you have to order a «spice bomb» for an extra $ 1.50. Would it kill these places to put some hot sauce on the table? Each of the ramen choices comes with suggested upsell items. These can add up… maybe that’s the idea. As far as I can tell, they don’t offer a choice of noodles(thick/thin, straight/squiggly — not your choice), A glass of Johannes Koch Riesling was on point, as was a draft beer.(I think it was a Sapporo). The youthful servers were pretty good. Try it.

The Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup dish. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat– or fish-based broth and some other stuff, this depend of who is cooking it. I came with a co-worker to this place, because he saw it that was in the Westchester magazine. I ordered the Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen, from the lunch menu and I also add some extra chicken and corn to my Ramen, all lunch special in this restaurant come with a salad with carrot dressing, I also order some fried rice on the side. . The Salad that is included in the lunch special was very good and the dressing, it was just right. The Fried Rice: Had a good taste, and the portion is enough to share between two people. Shoyu Tonkotsu: is a Kishuya original seasoning soy sauce and tonkotsu(pork) broth, topped with pork chashu, ni tamago, naruto, menma, nori and scallion. The portion was very big and adding the extra chicken and corn give it a extra touch, the noodle had a good taste, the soup was not that hot, both of the meat, were very juicy and gentle soft. I enjoy it very much, I will definitely return soon.

Second visit, thought will give a another shot, soup was a little better than last time, the chashuu(sliced pork) was much better … As a native Japanese I’ve been to many ramen places but this place needs to improve on the soup… at least was better than last time !
