Fish and falafel tacos are very nice. We were repeat customers for these towards the end of the season in October. The sweet potato fries are also quite good. We need to keep the BYOB option in mind so we can legally drink on a school bus.

What an unusual place. A food truck a «Partridge Family» refitted bus all hidden in plain sight on the top of a hill overlooking the highway. It was a fun for all… The food was tasty and the prices were good and it’s BYOB. We were a group of 6 and I don’t think our bill for food, beverages and a few desserts was even $ 100. The place gets packed even on a Thursday night. The BWG(Bodacious Window Girl) as she calls herself and Chef Brad make up the complete crew. The food however keeps moving out the window, the wait is minimal. The clam strips were lightly battered and fried to perfection. The fish and chips and the shrimp and onion rings were also very fresh and tasty. The chicken sandwich was juicy and tasty, the fish tacos were again fresh and not skimpy on the filling, and the Asian BBQ pork also got two thumbs up. Well worth the trip, too bad they are only open until Columbus Day.

Have some fun and check out Chef Brad’s Crazy Side food truck. We were a group of eleven and let me tell you Brad knows his stuff. The meals were delivered quickly and were delicious. Get there early because it gets pretty busy!

First timers and had the most excellent meal! Only a couple of cars there when we arrived at 6:30 and within half hour was packed! Fish and shrimp tacos, lobster roll, fish sandwich all spectacular. BYO and less expensive than lunch for one at most places. A true hidden gem and plan to go often! Eat at a picnic table or in the bus. So fun. A real experience!

OMG, we came in a large group and ordered a variety of dishes and all were delicious. The chili was just the right amount of heat and spice. The fish tacos were devoured by everyone at the table. We sampled the sweet potato fries, onion rings, and French fries all were crisp and perfectly cooked. We sat outside with our parkas on and didn’t even care about the cold. I could whole heartedly recommend Chef Brads to all who wonder through or near Woodstock Vermont!!!

Returned for round 2 today. The big kahuna burger was excellent. Onion rings and fries were perfect. A nice mix on the menu with multiple salad options. burgers and the awesome fish or shrimp tacos. Check out the daily specials also.

This review is for Brad’s Fireside, at the Salt Ash Inn in Plymouth where he is for the winter.(Corner 100 and 100A) The menu is classic Brad, with nut crusted slamon, ciopino, and of course, fish tacos. There is a cozy dining room, and an eat in bar area with gas fireplace. Brad usually does a half dozen specials, and posts them on facebook. The regular menu is on the Salt Ash Inn site. The food is excellent, the price is reasonable, the beer is cold and the service is friendly, I’ve eaten there 3 times, and while there were a few minor goofs, the overall experience is one of the better ones in the area. Recent highlights include a perfect bourbon maple pork chop, heavenly profiteroles(really an éclair shell) with ice cream and yummy ganache, grilled Mahi with fruit/cilantro salsa and a steak that impressed. If you’re not happy here, give up. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is he’s still working a few bugs out, he just opened. Go now before it’s discovered!

Maple lemonade along with any thing makes this place quite find on the side of the road next to the country market. The fish are fabulous either as tacos or as fish & chips

This place rocks. Basically a food truck on the side of Route 100A. Food was awesome… fish tacos were great… Definitely worth checking out. Cash only FYI.

I pulled up on a lovely fall afternoon and had the asian pulled pork sandwich. The sandwich was just that — pulled pork, with a nice rol that was crispy on the outside and softer on he inside. Think the pork could have used a stronger Asian spicing slat, but the coconut curry slaw went very well with it and the fries. A yummy meal in a region that does not always offer this kind fare with flair. Looking forward to the fish taco the next time I’m in the area.

Absolutely the best! Brady’s fish tacos are worth a trip. Welcome back Brad in whatever form you are ready to take. Probably the most unassuming good eatery in Vermont. But do something about the flies!
