They will trick you into thinking you need other things done. They will try to up sell fuel injector flushes at 20k miles. I don’t recommend, they don’t care about you or your car; only your money.

They were very rude. Especially when I told them I m using Groupon. With or without groupon, I’m not going there again. I just got out, I’m still in shock. Can’t believe they were bullying me when I asked them for the details on the bill ($ 4.99). I wanted to get my wipers changed in addition to the discounted oil change (obviously for additional pay) and I requested her for a few minutes while I’m trying to understand my options. She kept getting impatient and was sighing repeatedly. I realized it’s not a friendly place and decided not to go for wiper change here. I asked for the bill. There were additional charges apart from what I paid for the groupon ($ 19). It was more than what i expected for taxes. I asked them if the amount was for taxes. Instead of explaining the bill, she made sarcastic comment on how they have to pay Uncle Sam and how it’s not free. I do understand that taxes ($ 1.40) are not included but i wanted to know what else was added apart from taxes. She called another guy and started speaking to him I Spanish (which I don’t understand). He looked at me and said in a rude manner ‘So?’. I’m like I didn’t even know what she told him. I explained him how I have the right to know what I m paying for. Things became ugly and I gave up and told okay I’ll pay that $ 4.99. She then started giving me the details of the bill. As it turned out it’s just not taxes ($ 1.40). There were charges for drain plug and gasket replacement for $ 3 which wasn’t included in the groupon (groupon doesn’t say that though). If u r planning to go there be warned and if u r going there with a groupon, be extra warned.
PS: $ 4.99 isn’t a big amount and I would have been particular in knowing the details but because they had been so rude from the beginning I asked for details. Probably a mistake on my part.
