Sparkling Bright Cleaners

I had my house cleaned after moving in a few months ago and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I had to rescheduled the first time and they were more than accommodating to work around my schedule. I got a final walk through after the cleaning and everything was wonderful. She went above and beyond my expectations for a first cleaning and I obviously have my next appointment scheduled. Thank you again from a busy, working mom!

We have been using Sparkling Bright for about a year after starting from a living social coupon. Mary and the ladies who work for her have always been professional and done a great job, doing anything I asked thoroughly. I think the negative reviewer must have them mixed up with someone else, because I watch the living social deals and I’ve never seen a deal that was house cleaning AND a carpet cleaning — who could do both in a couple of hours? Sparkling Bright has been on time or early, even when they had to adjust the schedule to suit my craziness. I can’t imagine them walking in without knocking, it seems completely out of character. Maybe opening the door and calling if there was no response to knocking? (I doubt even that.)
All in all, we couldn’t be happier. What a great find from a living social coupon.

I purchased a livingsocial deal for four hours of cleaning INCLUDING Carpet Cleaning. When I called to redeem they indicate the carpet cleaning was a «misprint» and they wouldn’t be honoring it. I was disappointed, but agreed to still use the deal. I scheduled my appointment and was told I’d receive a call on Friday to confirm my Monday appointment. This did not happen so I had to reach out and make sure were all set. The cleaner (I’m not sure if it was «Mary» or not as I never received a name) showed up late, by about 15 minutes, but make sure to leave on time. The cleaner also walked right into my house, no knocking, ringing the door bell, etc., which I felt was pretty inappropriate for someone who had never been there — I was actually upstairs getting ready when I heard my door randomly open.
Overall, I would say the cleaning was good, I think they did an excellent job and for the price I really can’t complain — but the customer service was greatly lacking and I wouldn’t recommend them or use them again.

Great service from Mary! She went above and beyond for me, I was able to get a quick appointment and she came in very early in the morning due to my work schedule. Very professional and efficient. It was so nice to come back from work to a squeaky clean apartment.
