Franco is a gentleman and stand-​up fellow. Great service, reasonable prices, and zero BS on when a car will be done — very fair and up front expectations management, which is something I have absolutely not found elsewhere. Staff is very courteous and accommodating. Hope to be a customer for years to come.

West Hartford, CT
I brought my wife’s BMW X3 in for service. This was our first time at this repair shop. The repair bill came in at big savings over what our local BMW dealership wanted. The customer service was also outstanding. We’ll be coming back with out other cars.
