MyFitStyle has a variety of professionals available to help you reach your health and wellness goals including professional personal trainers, nutritionists, holistic health coaches and massage therapists.

History

Established in 2011.

MyFitStyle is a fitness and wellness consulting firm that promotes a comprehensive, results-​driven,

holistic approach to health. In addition to Workplace Wellness Program development, we offer customized training programs specifically designed to help each client achieve his or her fitness goals; regular exercise classes that enable participants to develop and maintain their strength, stamina, balance and flexibility; individualized corrective exercise programs for patients recovering from accidents or illness; and nutritional advice to support healthy operation of the body’s functional systems. MyFitStyle works with our clients to tailor a personal fitness regimen that will help them feel and look better.

MyFitStyle is staffed by professional health-​fitness experts, all certified personal trainers, with knowledge of the latest trends, practices and equipment available to the fitness industry and experience with a broad spectrum of medically-​approved wellness methodologies.

Meet the Business Owner

Timothy M.

Business Owner

Chief Executive Officer of MyFitStyle, Mr. Moore is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist; with specialties in prenatal fitness and youth fitness.

Tim is also a health and wellness columnist, published fitness model and competitive bodybuilder. Mr. Moore also dedicates his efforts to eliminating health disparities by serving on the Connecticut Multicultural Health Partnership, YMCA REACH Coalition, and as a Commissioner on the Windsor Human Relations Commission.
