Business Owner
Born into the family business I began working at the shop and a young age, I enjoyed watching my mom and grandmother cook. There focus on the original recipes and how they adapted them to modern times interested me. In 1992 I attended culinary school, at around that time our business was changing from a grocery store to and grinder shop/lunch place and I was able to grow with it. In 2010 I decided to attend a culinary school again to better perfect my skills and increase my knowledge base. My goal is to make my family’s business and staple in our community and to widen the eyes of the people who love and appreciate Italian food!
