Burger King

We gave this BK another try, and had a similar experience… this leads me to think this business is a front for something other than selling food…

Wow been to many bk’s and this one’s a dewsy very terrible. Once we walked in it had a light Dirty smell and when we started ordering I noticed Thier back kitchen and seen dirty food kicked all around their kitchen floor (it wasn’t even busy) once we ordered waited for like 15 mins waiting on fries once I got my sandwich I ordered a whopper no lettuce with cheese. The sandwich was old and cold with lettuce with cold fries their fountain station had no ice and the sprite tasted like club soda yuk I told the cashier and she told the manager. It was corrected in like 15 mins but still most of the staff was just hanging around instead of cleaning the kitchen.
We will not be back to this store again. Do not wanna risk of getting sick as for this visit I’ll post back if I couldn’t hold down my chow

I know it’s fast food– But that shouldn’t be an excuse for poor customer service! I ordered a #3 (bacon egg muffin) and asked for sausage instead with an oj. After paying and driving off, I pulled back into the drive thru and said i wanted sausage not bacon on my sandwich. The woman who originally helped me huffed that the sandwich comes with sausage not bacon… I’m sorry that I looked at the picture posted on your menu of a bacon egg and cheese and asked for sausage!!! There was no apology whatsoever, and then after getting home I happened to see my oj is two days expired!!! I think that sanitary inspection grade A should be more like a C!

Yeah, yeah, what do I expect, it’s fast food, right?! Well sometimes I just want a little 1 dollar ice cream. So I go there the night of one of the huge downpours recently because I can’t get anywhere else. The lady gives me attitude in the drive through right away. «We’ve already cleaned and turned off our ice cream machine.» Well listen, sweetie, I have worked in food service since I was 15, and if you clean something early, you pray that no one comes in and wants something from it, but if they do, you turn it the hell back on. Then I ask for a minute because I needed to decide if I wanted something else. I roll up the window because DUH there’s a downpour, and about 1 – 1.5 minutes later when I roll it down, she says «ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER SOMETHING OR NOT.» No cars behind me, nothing. I said «No, now I’m not. And I’ll be speaking to the manager.» I still need to contact management, but I am pissed enough not to return even though it’s super convenient. BAD SERVICE.

They are open fairly late and the customer service is generally good. Parking lot is small.
