My sister and I stumbled upon this place while on vacation in Pentwater and were so impressed with the food, service, and view that we went for breakfast two days in a row! My first breakfast was the stuffed hashbrowns which were delicious – filled with house baked ham and cheese and onions. The waiter suggested the homemade english muffin toast and I would suggest that anyone who comes here gets it– the best I have eaten! The second day we both had the biscuits and gravy, and it was as good as any I ate in Tennessee. A half order is enormous– so order a full only if you are ravenous! Also, as advertised, everything on the menu is $ 7.99 or less– a great deal in the tourist corridor of Grand Haven to Ludington. We will be back next year!

We stopped in for a late breakfast around 1130– breakfast and lunch served all day. The outside patio has a great view. At 1130, they were busy and only got busier. Despite this the service was fantastic, and the food even better. Great prices, even better staff and menu.

The best food in Oceana County! We have vacationed in Pentwater for decades and look for good restaurants in the area without much success so we just cook at the cottage. Luckilly we tried this restaurant and loved it! Older locals frequent here due to the made-from-scratch quality. The staff was friendly and accommodating to the regulars and to us as well. I ordered the perch basket — fried and deliciously fresh. My family all ordered the reuben and loved the flavors and fresh bread. We will be back again next summer!

Always a good reliable meal. They make most of their food so it’s as close to homemade as you can get. The corned beef hash is terrific. We come here whenever we want a good breakfast or lunch. The owner is always around and the service is attentive. It’s right on Hart Lake so you can also sit outside and eat with a very nice view!

Been to this place many times and always a great experience. Food comes out quick and service is on top of things. The price is also great for all the homemade meals.

I wish I could give this place –1 stars. Service was terrible every time I’ve been, and I’ve been there about 5 times now, and the last time we waited over and hour for our two meals. All of the waitstaff act like they don’t want to be there, and it rubs off on the cooks cooking their Cisco food. I surely won’t be back.

Yeah we won’t be back, food is just ok not great. Service is bad. Waited for more than hour to get our food. And when we got it the waitress said grill was down for a few minutes. But my food was cold. So I’m guessing it sat there for while. She is kind of rude also. Not really a nice lady. Just not happy with this place. I won’t waste my money or time here again.

After four visits, I must admit that I will most definitely NOT be returning. Yes, the food is decent, however, it is not worth the hassle of the extremely long long wait(I just waited for an HOUR after ordering for a table of two and then was told to wait another ten minutes for our order. I kept hearing staff loudly say ‘small kitchen, lots of orders’- ridiculous!). Also, a few of the waitstaff have terrible attitudes. One woman is downright rude to customers and other employees, barking orders and never asking or saying please. No thank you! Fortunately for you, there are Many other local choices, I know I’ll be trying them out!

I love coming to this cute breakfast/lunch café! The town of HART is absolutely lovely too and a nice close getaway from the touristy«Dune buggie» fanatics in the Silver lake area. Service is SO friendly and they have a beautiful view from the patio. As usual with American dining, portions are huge so careful not to eat too much ;) Prices are ridiculously inexpensive so don’t be a cheapo and tip Deb’s staff well so we can all keep coming here! :)

Good, solid home cooking AND a great view of the lake is what you’ll find at Deb’s… Can’t beat that combination! I had truly one of the best patty melts I’ve ever had, and what made it the best was not just the quality meat, but the quality bread and cheese as well. Most patty melts fall short with the bread and cheese in my opinion, making me a picky patty melt eater… Deb’s makes their specialty breads fresh, so it’s easy to see why their patty melt is truly delicious. Well done, Deb’s! I look forward to future meals at your establishment!
