History

Established in 2011.

The Nest was originally opened in November of 2011 by and was nestled in the back of Cedar Stone Spa and Massage School on South Main in Harrisonburg. In February 2014 it’s original owner moved out of the country and ownership was handed down to Stephanie Jesteadt (RYT), one of The Nest’s original instructors. Her goal was to make it more «her own» so she moved The Nest to a newly renovated, 3000 square foot studio equipped 2 large studio rooms, a retail boutique, a private massage room, and a full kitchen for nutritional workshops /consulting, and even a smoothie bar. The Nest offers everything from Hot Yoga (for all levels) to Yoga for Beginners, Gentle /Restorative Yoga, Yoga For Kids and also has Barre, Pilates and Indo Board Yoga.
