Association & Property Management Services is an experienced and licensed Common Interest Community management company based in Harrisonburg, VA. We are owned and operated by Terry Weaver, CPA, CMCA, AMS, who has 10 years experience in Association Management. We are centrally located on the Interstate 81 Corridor, allowing us to work from Winchester and Front Royal, down to Roanoke, and everywhere in between, making us the Shenandoah Valley’s Première Association Management company.

Owner Association Board members are volunteers, and face a wide variety of challenges, including budgeting, assessing reserve studies, asset maintenance and improvement, and collections, billing, and bookkeeping, all while trying to maintain neighbor relations, and keeping the neighborhood looking it’s best. Association & Property Management Services has the knowledge, experience, time, and training to assist your Board in all aspects of managing your association, while keeping costs low for residents.

Association & Property Management Services is owned and operated by Terry Weaver, who has over 10 years of Commercial, Residential and Association Management experience. Terry is a Certified Manager of Community Associations, with Association Management Specialist designations, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia.

Our staff can provide Property and Association management services for townhouse and condominium associations, shopping centers, mini-​centers, office buildings and complexes, multi-​unit buildings, and single family homes.
