History
Established in 1999.
In the mid-nineties Mike and Karin Nabors began developing a concept where bread would be the star of the show and guests would be treated to premium products served in a warm and cozy atmosphere. Neighbor’s Mill Bakery & Café opened in 2000 in a recreation of a 19th century mill building. Utilizing a 100+ year-old grist mill, Neighbor’s Mill bakers grind whole grains sourced from Montana wheat country and mix them with preservative-free flour to make two dozen traditional American Hearth breads. Breads are utilized in all sandwiches, soups and salads and rustic focaccia pizzas.

Business Owner
Grew up in East Texas. Graduated from Texas A&M University. Served four years at Little Rock Air Force Base. Moved to the Ozark Mountains to raise a family. Wife Karin is also involved in managing the business. Four grown children and two grandchildren.
