I was craving a milkshake but unfortunately they do not have milkshakes. So I ordered a banana royale instead and they didn’t have bananas! I was disappointed I was unable to satisfy my craving.

The cashier or «leader» Amber is slow and has such an actitude she yelled my friends saying that they cannot eat there and they have to leave just because they were eating something from quick check. I have never seeing this specially coming from DD. what kind of costumer service is that? I should read the reviews about this place before going there. And they make «leader» a person like that? I think the manager should pay more attention of the employees he/​she gives a promotion and also pay attention to the ones who works at night.

The women at dunkin donuts are top notch polite and adorable in their own way. The service is top notch and very clean in Harrison, NJ. Keep up the good service and don’t be shy to look at your customers. But then again, I like the shy and bashful few that work at the Bergen Street location. That is what makes me come back all the time.

Coffee is usually good at this Dunkin location… Anytime I was in the Harrison area to work the Red Bull arena and was in a coffee mood I would stop there…

I have to say the customer service improved so much! Everyone is very friendly and happy to help and go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. And the food and coffee orders are spot on finally. I am here all the time.

I never seen anything like this!!! Customer service horrible. I’m the only one person in the line and still have to wait for simple coffee for pretty long time!!! Because they having conversation!!!
