I had been in touch with a salesman for 2 weeks about a «recent arrival» jeep. Was told I would be given pictures/​video for about a week but it was «in the shop». A week later I was finally told it was being lifted. I thought great. Asked for an update the following Friday and was told it should be there Saturday morning. Got a text midday saying it hadn’t arrived yet and would be second to know with the sales guy being first. Didn’t hear anything Saturday. Didn’t hear anything Sunday. Emailed on Monday and got the response «so sorry! It got hear late Saturday night and sold 20 minutes later.» Right… 2 weeks of waiting I’ll never get back especially with other jeeps gone after waiting on this one. Will never contact this dealer again.

I’ve purchased two cars from Cronin and would never go anywhere else! Staff was amazing, straight forward, friendly, and went out of their ways to make the buying experience as pleasant as possible. They take the pain and uncertainty out of buying cars because you know you’re getting a great deal. :-) Inventory and sales staff are top notch!!!

Cronin Ford/​Kia is the only place I buy my cars. They helped me into a fusion back in October. After my wife totaled it, they were able to help me again and got me into a LOADED Ford Edge. You know you are working with a good group when the insurance agency gave more than I owed on the fusion. They sold it to me far enough under value hat I was above water in just 6 months. I recommend them to everyone I talk to.

Fast and easy to deal with 30 Min oil change. Cronin Ford lounge is very nice. Their people are very friendly and give this place a hometown feel. They have a large selection of New Fords New Kia and used cars. They also stock trailers.
