This is one of my favorite courses in Chattanooga. It’s a Nicholas course and great layout. It’s challenging but not overly hard. The greens are always cut tight and roll true. The staff does a good job at maintaining the grounds. I highly recommend playing here

My favorite public course in the Chattanooga area. $ 48 for 18 holes including cart although you can walk if you’d like. Driving range with putting green and practice sand bunker. Mostly wide open fairways and a handful of holes with nice views of the water. One surreal view is of TVA nuclear power plant across the bay. Well maintained course. Not too hard but not a walk in the park either. Friendly starter and clubhouse staff with fully stocked pro shop and café. I try to play a round here every time I come to Chattanooga. I’ve tried Brown Acres, Brainerd and Eagle Bluff. Bear Trace is much much better so if you have time for only one round on a public course I’d recommend this one.
