History

Established in 1973.

Wix, Wenger & Weidner, PC was formed in 1973. The firm has eight attorneys, seven of whom are graduates of The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University in nearby Carlisle. The firm has achieved an AV rating in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.

We maintain two offices, one in an historic section of downtown Harrisburg, and a suburban office in Lower Paxton Township. Our downtown office is located within walking distance of the State Capitol and the Federal and Dauphin County Courthouses.

Our downtown office engages in the general practice of law with strong emphases on business, real estate, municipal, litigation, land use, estate planning and administration, and corporate law.

Attorneys in our Lower Paxton office practice primarily in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance defense litigation, and wills and estate administration.
