My husband and I were thanking the alcohol gods when we found this liquor store. Since moving to Harrisburg, my husband has been on the hunt for a liquor store that offers a vast selection of scotch, particularly Laphroaig and Lagavulin. His search finally ended at this Wine & Spirits store. Plus, for wine lovers like me, there is a ridiculous amount of wines to choose from. This store is a lot bigger than most Wine & Spirits stores I’ve visited in Harrisburg so set aside a few extra minutes on your next visit to do some booze-​exploration.

This is a pretty average Pennsylvania liquor store, located in the Kmart Plaza. This location carries your everyday vodka, whiskey, tequila, as well as several flavors of wine. Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Merlo, Zinfandel, You can pick up a 750ml (25 oz) bottle of Pink Moscato for $ 7.99, which hits the spot.
Fair selection of wines are promoted, including the premium Chairman’s Selection. Occasionally they have in-​store tasting events. Another cool thing about this location is that it has several historical pictures of the Harrisburg area. Hours 9AM — 10PM, Sunday noon –5PM. Ample parking, cashier usually cards me, so I feel younger, that’s a plus in my book!
