I rented a box at this location for 6 months and had a great experience. Great location and the owners/workers are very customer service oriented. They went above and beyond.

Wow! I was going to write review but then I read the other very negative reviews and I guess I don’t have to. Everything said is correct. Owner has no idea what he is doing. Employees are terrible. Never ever for any reason come here. Why take the chance. Go somewhere else.!!

The owner here is horrible. I wish I could give this place negative rating. I regret not going to the nearby USPS or Fedex locations. I wish I had seen the previous review but you might think what could go wrong with delivering a package right? Wrong. The guy who works here(might be the owner) never acknowledges his mistakes and has really lame excuses for any point you make. Also, they are terrible liars. BEWARE. If you ever are left with no other choice than to go this this terrible place to ship something, make sure you weigh your package in front of you and ask if the charges seem too high. He refused to change my order because it was about $ 15 more than what it should be charged for because he had already printed the receipt. He causally said«well you it would make much of a difference anyway… just 9 – 10 bucks». Huh? One more thing about this store is that you cannot call the UPS head office to make any complaints or get things done right in case this guy screws up. That is because this is an independent store and UPS customer service doesn’t want to deal with the mistakes this«independent store» makes. Save you time, money and a lot of headaches and go somewhere else.

NOT a reliable location to drop off your packages. Owner/operator does not follow published cutoff times and has different excuses for why every time we ask. You’re better off finding another drop off point or using to ship your packages — don’t bother with this guy!
