Established in 2005.

In 2001, Marc Scaringi entered into legal practice with his wife, Melanie Walz Scaringi, and her parents in the firm, Walz & Walz and then Walz, Walz, Scaringi & Scaringi.

In 2005, Marc and Melanie started their own full service law firm, Scaringi & Scaringi, P.C., based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Melanie’s mother, Judith Twigg Walz, is of counsel and brings a wealth of knowledge to the areas of Family Law and Estate and Elder Law.

Today, Scaringi & Scaringi, P.C. has 10 attorneys and satellite locations in Carlisle and Newport.

Business Owner

Attorney Marc Scaringi, who is a shareholder in Scaringi & Scaringi, P.C. with his wife, Melanie Walz Scaringi, Esq., focuses his practice on four major areas of law: family law; criminal defense; civil and commercial litigation; and business and corporate law.

In recent years, Marc has developed a particular focus in firearms law in which he represents individuals accused of any type of violation of federal, state or local firearms statutes or regulations. He also represents individuals who have been denied the right to obtain a concealed carry permit or own a firearm.
