Attorney Rosenberg was born in Hollywood, California and grew up in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Rosenberg’s education consists of Villanova University, J.D., 1974 and Pennsylvania State University, B.A., 1971.

Mr. Rosenberg is admitted to the following bars: Pennsylvania, 1974; Florida, 1981; U.S. Tax Court, 1985.
