Here at Derry Auto & Tire, Owner Edward Napolitan has been in the automotive industry for 20 years and in business here at Derry Auto & Tire for 5 years at this location.

We have several mechanics, Site Manager Joey who has been in the automotive industry for 18 years. Eric whom has been in the automotive industry for 15 years and Joe for 5 years. All 4 mechanics have Safety inspection certification and Emissions certificaion. As well as many other certifications within the automotive genre.

We offer automotive repair, oil changes, inspection, tires & alignments and much much more.

Our Office Manager Nichole grew up around the automotive industry as well. her father is a mechanic of over 40 years and several men in her family are also mechanics. Nichole assists with ordering/​shopping for parts, assisting clients with rides home, to work etc while repairs are made, and many other office duties.

Our cleaning girl Jessica helps keep the office area and bathroom in tip top shape

I was recommended to go here from a friend who said Ed is honest. I took it here and got the AC compressor replaced in the winter. When spring came around, my AC started to make a loud grinding sound when I turned it on. I took it to another mechanic who said that the compressor was definitely the problem and that it was also leaking. I called Ed and told him, and he was very uncooperative and unapologetic about it. He made no effort to get me in so I could get it looked at, even though it was his fault that I even have the problem. I work all day during the week, and he just continued to tell me he is only open 8 – 5 and I have to drop it off. Obviously that’s not possible because I have to get to work. When I took it in to his shop on my day off, he was very rude about me coming in without an appointment; again, as if he wasn’t the reason I was there to begin with. I still have not gotten him to fix what he messed up, and I will be looking at my options elsewhere if possible. Stay away from this jerk!

I went there yesterday to get a belt put on my alternator in my car and when I asked him 3 questions he became irate telling me to stop right there and told the guys to stop working on my car backed it out of his shop and said he is not working on my car. It was a blizzard outside and my car is just running on its battery!!! He was over all rude and I must say I never been treated like that ever!!! I feel like he judged this book by its cover and that shows how messed up ppl can be! Also the dog in there had its own feces hanging from its fur and was allowed to sit in the same chairs the customers sit in. That also shows he has no respect for customers who may or may not have allergies.
