Chad Bonds and John Carlson are both seasoned veterans of the construction industry with over 26 years of combined experience in both residential and commercial construction.

Their desire to make dreams come true and build custom homes for clients were the main factor that encouraged these two friends to go into business together Carbon Custom Homes.

Since 2007, Bonds has owned a renovation company that specializing in siding and roofing for residential and commercial projects.

Over the past six years, Bonds has aligned himself with the general contractors, realtors and land developers that allowed him to grow his business vertically with the ability to secure quality trades and subcontractors as he looked to become a local custom builder.

So, at the beginning of 2015 Bonds open Carbon Custom Homes with close friend, John Carlson with the same common goal; to become one of the Carolina’s most trusted residential home builders and general contractors.
