An employee who suffers a work injury is entitled to receive workers’ compensation benefits. Under the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act, the employer is required to have workers’ compensation insurance and you are entitled to prompt payment of medical bills related to the work injury, along with compensation for loss of income and/or loss of use of hearing, vision, and most extremities. Tom and Ron each have 24 years of experince as workers’ compensation lawyers and we are both certified as specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. We have also been selected as Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. We thank our clients for the privilege of serving them since it is the recognition of representing the injured that resulted in being honored as the best 5% of attorneys.

Raised in a union household lead by a father that served as President of a National Labor union for decades, there is little reason to understand why I have devoted my professional life to serving and helping one of the most abused among us: those who have suffered a work injury making profits for someone else. That is why I practice exclusively in representing employees in workers’ compensation proceedings with passion for protecting the rights of employees. Simply put: intent matters. Excellence also matters. Immediately after graduating from law school, as an attorney/advisor for the United States Department of Labor, i wrote decisions on litigated workers’ compensation cases for an Administrative Law Judge. For the last twenty-four years, I have successfully represented thousands of individuals seeking benefits under the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act.
