History
Established in 1861.
Mr. J. C. Budding was a native of Wrightsville Pennsylvania, in 1919 he founded the J. C. Budding Company manufacturing plant at 812 N. Prince Street, Lancaster Pennsylvania which handled building supplies. In 1926 he began to operate the Harrisburg Building Supply Co, now one of the Budding Co, locations.
Mr. Budding passed away in 1931 but his legacy as a purveyor of premium building supplies and services lives on.
In 2009 Budding Co. became part of Khore Enterprises LLC. Today the company provides it’s excellent products and services in both retail and online stores.
