I’m from California and I been craving for some boba. I went here and it’s nasty. I don’t recommend this place at all. I got a jumbo and I tried it and I throw it away. Not worth 6 bucks. California has boba everywhere. So I know how it taste and this place is not good at all

I saw this review today… and was headed out to the mall tonight anyway, so I decided to check it out. Yum…very much what I remembered from the one time I had it out in California a few years ago. I got a thai milk tea with tapioca… my only complaint is that the thai tea didn’t really taste right. Almost like they used regular milk instead of coconut milk. But it was still very tasty, so I won’t complain too much.

Well… true, traditional Bubble Tea is black tea, sweetner, and milk or cream… with tons of boba of course. Also called milk tea, the«real» stuff is very syrupy sweet(sorry folks). The icy, blended drinks with fruit or other flavors is a newer concept. Anytime I find a more traditional milk tea, I jump on it. Honestly, unless a store only has the blended kind, I love it!

kkkkkkkkkk I was dying for a bubble drink since I moved from Virginia. I have to say. This place does not make bubble drinks like the ones I’m used to in Virginia. Maybe it’s my spoiled impression of bubble drinks? Made from real fruit and very smoothly crushed ice? With real sugar? I love the avocado drink I used to have there… it was thick and smooth and real… avocado-y. So I tried the bubble tea here at this place. I’m so sorry I have to rate it a two star right now. I was very disappointed in the drink. It was just a syrupy sweet flavor, with no real fruit. I couldn’t finish it because syrupy drinks are not my thing. This is not the bubble drink that I’ve grown to know and love in Virginia, how the Vietnamese there make it. However, I will give this place another chance. There are a lot of drink choices, from plain teas and coffees to smoothies. I might try a smoothie of some sort next time. They don’t have an avocado one for me though. :-(I’ve actually resorted to making those at home for myself now.

Mango, Taro, Coconut. Yum. *Licks lips* Hold on. *Sucks a tapioca ball through straw* I adore bubble tea. Yes, adore it. And until Bubble Tea & Smoothie World opened, I had to fulfill my cravings in NY and make it last. But alas, now, I can have it when I want it. Bobbbbbbba!!! Oh yeah, and buy 6 get 1 free!
