History
Established in 1922.
Gustav Frank built the first office building in Harrington Park in 1921 known as the Bluefield Building. It housed the Post Office, Confectionary store and the Borough Hall on the second floor. He opened his Real Estate office there soon after. Our office remained there until 1960 when we moved to La Roche Avenue, next to the Deli. In 1966 we moved to our current location at 14 Elm Street. Andrew Frank took over the business in 1958 after Gus passed away and remained the broker until his passing in 2004. Robert Frank joined the real estate office in 1970 and received his broker’s license in 1972. He now owns the business with Sue Wood operating as Broker. Sue Wood joined our office in 1980 and has been very active in Harrington Park real estate for over 30 years.
