I stayed here with my two young boys for 3 nights. The room wasn’t bad upon initial inspection. However the carpet is nasty, it was pulled away from the wall and bathroom tile, nails were sticking out. There was juice on my sheets and dried up juice on the night stand. I reported it and they gave me different sheets and cleaned up the table. I later found a beer can under the bed, which wasn’t mine. Did they even clean the room? The towels are raggedy and barely wrapped around me or my small toddler. I wouldn’t stay here again, spend the extra money and go to one of the hotels right next to this one. Though the staff were nice it doesn’t fix their pack of cleanliness. If I could go back I would ask for a different room.

I’ve stayed here a few times recently. It’s new, clean, the room has good size. Unfortunately I’ve decided that I just can’t put up with the towels. They’re the size of hand towels and you only get two. I’ll find another place to stay.

I checked in at this motel on 9÷20÷13 and paid for 3 nights. At approximately 5pm one of the office staff walked in on me while I was sleeping, and once she seen me she shut the door and called me on the room phone. She demanded to know who I was and what I was doing in the room. I told I paid for three nights to stay in the room. I then went to the office to discuss the matter further and she said she had mistaken my room 106 for another room 206. When I told she scared me out of a deep sleep, she apologized with an attitude. Also she had already invalidated my room key and would have never told me if I hadn’t asked her. I asked for my money back, but she refused and told me I could speak to the manager tomorrow. The manager called me the next day, but blamed the staff member for the problem and no refund was offered. On the morning of the second day the manager called me on the phone and asked me why I hadn’t checked out, I told him I paid for three days, he didn’t agree, and again I went to the office and after checking the records he admitted his error, and that I had paid for three days. The manager apologized but made no concessions. In addition I had to insist they service the room after two days, the manger made some excuse about the maid had knocked on the door, and wasn’t sure if we were there. Finally there are plenty of other better motels that offer something called customer service, and that was not offered at this motel.

Stayed here for one night on a Friday. My mothers room had a lighter in one bed and a penny in another. Uh, do they change the sheets between guests? Also, my mothers shampoo was half gone, used maybe by the same person who lost a penny and lighter in bed? My room had hairs all over the sheets. I hope they were from someones head at least. I could barely sleep I felt so itchy. Towels were weak and thin, as were the pillows. A/C only stayed on if we put it down to 50 degrees, and then I woke up in the middle of the night freezing. I guess that was my own fault since I had all but stripped the bed bare of the hair covered sheets. The only reason I didn’t leave was because we had gotten in so late. The next morning I tried to eat all the food off the breakfast, which was your basic standard continental breakfast. Nothing flashy, unless you call waffles flashy. Staff was very nice. Cheap rates. maybe you get what you pay for, but I will stay somewhere else next time.

Parents stayed here when they came to visit for an emergency. It’s new and they were pretty friendly. It’s clean and pretty cheap. I would recommend it, very good for a Super 8.

Pleasant place to stay. I arrived just after midnight and received a quick check in; I was snoozing shortly after. Breakfast area was clean and standard as far as motel breakfasts go.

My mom and I stayed here for four nights. This Motel was new and very nice.
I had read reviews for other hotels/motels in the same area, and had COCKROACH mentioned a few times, EW! No cockroaches here.
We had two queen size beds, our room had very nice décor, refrigerator, microwave, BIG TV, new quite heating/cooling unit, coffee maker and blow dryer.
They also provide breakfast, served until 9am. They provide cereals, fresh fruits, bagels w/cream cheese, fresh juices, coffee and best of all are the Texas shape Waffles, those were tasty.
The location is great, I was visiting my sister who lives on Fort Hood Base. It was a short drive to visit her and to stop at all the great shops on the way, Walmart, Target, HEB, Cracker Barrell, Ulta and many more.
