My name is Kim Van Riper. I am a Realtor for ERA Colonial Real Estate. I work with both buyers and sellers!

If you are ready to list your home I encourage you to interview a few agents (myself included) and see who best matches your personality. I like to work with my clients. If you need communication weekly GREAT I will do it. If you only want me to contact you with important news GREAT I can do that too. We will find a price to list your home that meets market needs as well as your own. But if you want to SELL it then we will price it well and get it SOLD!

If you are ready to buy… get prequalified! It is the first step. Contact a lender and find out how your credit looks and see what all is involved in getting a loan these days. Once you have a letter in hand with you will know what price range should be comfortable for you. Then let the search begin. I will pull up homes that meet your criteria, you can narrow it down, and we can go look, find it, negotiate, and get your new HOME
