My name is James Brown I have managed A better buy auto glass and Belton glass and mirrors auto glass division. I have decided to go out on my own. Those of you who know me, know I will offer prompt, courteous, and honest service. My windshield had a crack all the way across. The price they quoted was very reasonable and one of the lowest I found in the area. They fit me in the same day and came out to my place of work and replaced the glass in the parking lot. James and his helper were very friendly and when it came time to pay I found the quote also had included tax, which was a pleasant surprise. I wish more businesses did this. Making the appointment was easy. They came the next day. He was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend his business. Cheapest you will find when you need to get your windshield replaced… Driving back and forth to Austin, sometimes rocks hit the window. If i ever need his services again, I will be calling James auto glass… Thank you James for great service.

I scheduled an appointment and was given a window of time in which they would show up. I waited and no one showed. I called and they found my information, but they had never wrote me in their schedule. No technician was sent to rectify the situation. Time was wasted and windshield is still broke.

I had a large nasty crack in my windshield that I needed to replace and this company made it so easy to set up an appointment. They came to where I was located and fixed it right then and there. Less than 45 minutes later, I had a beautiful looking car again! They were punctual, polite, and got the job perfectly ! Highly recommended!

I had the front window of my 2014 chevy silverado replaced by James and his daughter and am completely satisfied with the fast and friendly service they provided at more than $ 100 cheaper than 4 other places called. Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass repair.

I needed a repair for my cracked window. This occurred in March when a rock from a truck flung and hit my window. Over time, it progressed from a few inches to its current look: I had a crack that curved like a ‘C’ with a length of approximately 15 inches.
On Wednesday, I called the company to request the repair. I informed them my type of car and they arranged an appt 2 days later at 8am. Do not expect them to arrive in a fancy truck. Yet, the truck is practical and did the job. James and his assistant (assuming grand-​daughter) went straight to work. They quickly disassembled my original window and installed the new window. Beware this company, three times I scheduled them to change the windshield in my Toyota and three times they were a no show. I would call with no answer. They didn’t have the courtesy to call and tell me they weren’t going to show up. The final answer I got from them was that the installer didn’t know how to install a windshield in my model. They could have called ahead of time so I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

I had major sticker shock while shopping around trying to get my windshield replaced. Everyone I called wanted over 400 dollars to replace it… Lord knows I didn’t just have 400 bucks lying around… I looked on Unilocal and read the reviews and decided to give him a call. He was very friendly, he was on time and you could tell he knew his job very well… The price was even a bit cheaper then what agreed to over the phone. I’m so blessed I’m a Unilocaler… LOL. I will not go any place else…5 STARS!

My husband and I needed the front window replaced on one of our cars due to a large crack. We called and was able to schedule an appointment the very same day. They actually drive to you, to do the window installation, which was awesome! They were super friendly on the phone and in person. Replacement was fast and looked Great! The price was very cheap, but I’m sure that varies by car.
