I had two rooms carpeted by Carpet One a week ago. The sales person Mike was very helpful and provided me with excellent service as we looked at the best carpet for my needs. The installers showed up on time and started working diligently to remove the old carpet and lay down the new one. The installations are great and make the room look pristine. My only surprise/​disappointment was that the installers did not vacuum the new carpets when they were finished. There were several areas with carpet threads laying on top of the new carpet. I would use them again, but would make sure they vacuum next time.
