Pacific Chevron Food Mart & Drive-Thru Car Wash

My dad gets his gas here it’s pretty good I guess? What do I know about gas anyways? The reason I give 2 starts is because of the Mexican lady that works here. Where do I start of with her? Ok well the good thing is that she left but she’s so annoying and weird. She does the opposite I tell her.

I will never be back to this car wash and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I stopped here one Saturday morning and the gas attendant asked if I had been here before. After I told her no, I hadn’t, she explained that she would be out to help me. I asked what exactly I needed help with and she said I’ll help you with the car wash. I was so confused I just decided to pay. She did not give me a receipt with a car wash code on it so I asked what she was doing and she said she would be out to assist when I was the next car up in line. I waited in my car, so confused. When it was my turn to enter this lady was nowhere to be found. I go back inside to ask for my code and she gives it to a man behind me and tells him to help me. I ask the man if he works here and why she thinks he needs to assist me As confused as I am he gives me the receipt. While I notice he gave me the $ 6 receipt instead of the $ 8 I paid for I go back in the convenience store and ask the lady why the fuck she didn’t just give me the code to begin with. I go off and start getting ghetto with this lady because I’ve just had it. There is nothing complicated about a drive thru wash. Not did I ever ask for special assistance. I never got an apology or any understanding. I’ll never be back here.
I’ve never been so frustrated and upset with someone’s customer service than I was here.
Please don’t ever come here.

I hate this gas station.
I purposely pay cash to get the extra cents off my gallons. The lady Nancy forgets every time. After my tenth time correcting her, getting attitude, and never a refund, I have not returned to this gas station in 10 months.

$ 3 Car Wash!

I hate this gas station, I dread going but my little car loves chevron gas and it is the only one near me.
Customer service is fine, I usually never go inside but when I do there always seems to be a line… what are all of you buying that is so important you must get it from a gas station?
I do love the easy drive thru car wash, it’s easy and fun.
The customer service is fine (can’t expect much their getting paid minimum wage), the car wash is awesome, so what is my reason for hating it? THE LOOTERS. I feel like I can never get gas with out a homeless person asking for a quarter or someone wanting to wash my Windows for ten cents. Do I look like a coinstar?
I know there’s not alot you can do about them but it just sucks.

This was pretty standard for a gas station. The location was great, meaning the prices were a bit high. There was something weird with the patrons, too, like they just kind of… didn’t move. Seriously, we waited for someone to finish and leave, we filled up our tank, chilled out for a bit, and everyone was still lingering. It was kind of creepy. But whatever, I would totally come back here if it was on the way.

Anyway, never in my wildest dream did I ever think I’d write a Unilocal review for (of all places) a frickin’ gas station. But after my experience tonight, I feel completely compelled due to the asinine behavior of the attendant. Ignorant prick by the name of Richard, some sad, middle-​aged white guy who gets off at telling people that he won’t give a stamp for the $ 3 express washes. After he initially rejected me, I asked him where on the card or anywhere inside does it clearly say that the express wash is not eligible for a stamp. The only response he could give was the obligatory, «talk to the manager.» Great, what guy with authority is going to be hanging out behind a glass shield on a Friday night listening to customer complaints? Jacka**.

I have been a customer for 30+ years, live in the near by, but the video feed to the pump MUST GO. Please turn it down. The feed is only about 10 sec. long, so soon in 5 gallons of gas you hear it about 40 times. In a few weeks I may go back and see, but for now NO WAY.

I come here for the car wash. They also have a stamp card where if you get 7 washes, you get the 8^th one for free. You have to go inside to get the stamps though.
