I was a bit skeptical about ordering after seeing so many lower ratings. I decided to try it for myself, and I’m glad I did. I was very impressed and happy when my food arrived. I ordered a California roll(which was really good); tempura crunchy roll(with shrimp) it was beyond amazing!!! I’m very pleased overall with this place and will definitely be ordering again.

I am not the easiest person to please when it comes to Japanese food, and I ain’t even Japanese. I am an African American female that could eat Japanese food every single day. Well, I continue to return to this place over and over; oops, maybe not return, but call for delivery. Man o Man(my new saying and I don’t know why), there service is great. The same guy delivers our food almost every time and he knows where to go, doesn’t come late and actually gets here before the predicted time from GrubHub. I always order the tempura with no onions for my wife and I change up on my sushi rolls and every roll has been amazing. Maybe one day I will get to the restaurant. I recommend this place, if you would like to try something fresh and good. I commend you on having a great delivery time, great delivery service and especially GREATFOOD. I don’t just hand five stars to everybody either.

Will never again! First it took way too long to make a phone order for 3 simple things(the guy on the phone did not understand plain English), and we found this out when I ordered(1) EGGROLL with my bowl and got… wait for it… SNOWPEAS!!! Yep, you got, And another Unilocaler(Rabecca M.) mentioned the driver… and tip…1000% correct. RUDE driver and yes, DEMANDED tip! I always thought tipping was a courtesy. I shoulda checked Unilocal BEFORE ordering… mistake :(…So…BEWARE you have been warned! *Peace*

I ordered from them through grub hub. The wait time was over an hour and I did not receive what I ordered. It was big portions for the price but I did not like the food! The tempura was flavorless and the miso soup was not good either. I will not be ordering from here again. I will stick to sushi delight!

I know old udon noodles when I see one. And what I don’t understand is not using a new set of noodles to make one instead of serving me my to-go with someone else’s udon that was ordered and probably not picked up or something? The only thing i think was new was the crunchy garnish. Sadly, I found out that they were old when I got back to work. I noticed that the noodles looked like they were soaked in the soup for quite some time. Normally, freshly made noodles look more off white and a little stiff. These noodles were a darker brownish color and mushy. I was so hungry that I ate some. After I couple bites, I noticed that it started to smell like vomit. Oh hell no. I used to order from here all the time. It used to be 3 star. No wonder the owner was exceptionally nice today.

This is my first time trying GrubHub and i ordered from this place. It is amazing! I ordered the Shrimp Tempura, The Gyoza, The Tempura California roll and they were delicious. I would only go to Sushi Delight before this, but i will definitely be going to Hanabi Japanese Grill more often. I recommend this place!

Horrible… I ordered through eat24 twice but food was lousy. Rolls were terrible and pretty much everything else I ordered. Fish was not fresh at all. I ordered udon soup and usually if you order to go you put noodles separate from the broth so that they don’t get soggy. Not the case both times. The broth was actually weird tasting not the traditional udon soup taste. I usually pay tip as well when I order through eat24 but the driver demanded tip. I told him to check cause I already paid and he does and gives me a look. Never ever am I going to order here again.

My husband and I enjoy this place. It’s run by a nice elderly couple. The wife cooks and the husband does everything else, so at times the delivery may take a bit longer than expected. So my advice is to order ahead of time, or pick it up yourself. And have the courtesy to tip when you order for delivery. Their udon soup base has a hint of spice and is my all time favorite. Tempura is pretty good as well.

Fast casual sushi and teriyaki bowls. Some other Japanese Specialties and salads as well. Not fancy, but cheap and good for lunch. Today I had the Nigiri Salmon Sushi… it was delicious. Fresh and generous cut of salmon on perfect Sushi rice. I have been to expensive sushi places that have bad rice, inexcusable. But not here, their Sushi rice is A-OK. Spicy Tuna roll(cut) was also great. Quite large for $ 6. If you want quick, tasty sushi lunch on a budget, try Hanabi.

I have had them deliver 4 times now and all four times have been absolutely terrible. First order they were 30 min over their estimated time slot. Didn’t have my order correct. And was rude when I did not tip the driver(also man who makes rolls) for not getting my order correct. Second time my order was on time… still not accurate and I tipped him a dollar they are two miles down the road. He asked me for more of a tip! Third time I will admit I was shocked everything went smoothly with a three dollar tip. Order was on point. Fourth time delivery was late when he handed me my receipt he demanded a tip I told him no that’s not how that works. He then argued with me telling me he had to walk because there was no parking… ever heard of hazard lights? Like every other driver in the history of delivery. Then when I finally shit my door telling him goodnight he was arguing through my window talking about a damn tip!!! I can not believe someone who runs a business would act like this I will not be giving them my business any longer and will be filing a claim with the BBB. I am disgusted with their incredibly poor excuse for customer service.

So, I am sick and I was craving for some yummy Miso Soup. Hanabi was the only place close to my home that had the soup and would deliver. It is the first time I try this place and I was not disappointed. Along with my Miso Soup I added some California Rolls(my husband’s favorite rolls) and he was beyond excited. They were VERYFRESH and HUGE! Ginger was also fresh and sweet. The rolls were only $ 4.25 and worth every penny. The delivery came promptly, the food was warm and the gentleman that delivered was very friendly. Thank you, Hanabi, for feeding us tonight! :) P. S. Delivery is free here for orders over $ 15.00 and you can order online as well.

I ordered through Grub Hub. The food came sooner that expected, which was nice. Though the dishes weren’t like what I expected. We ordered Chinese Chicken Salad. What came was some bag lettuce with just a couple small pieces of teriyaki chicken and something that looked like french dressing. The Chicken Curry with Rice had a good curry flavor, but I’m not sure where the chicken was. It was like they were almost out of the chicken curry so there was a lot of curry, but nothing else. The California rolls were fresh, but cut narrow and not wrapped very tightly so they fell apart when you picked them up. Also, ordered the gyoza… these were good.

This place 7 mins away from my house took over an hour and half to deliver 2 bento boxes. Horrible service. All the lady had to say was so sorry. Never ordering from here again

This place is a great little sushi spot. It has a very casual atmosphere and the owners & staff are very friendly. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that they deliver! It doesn’t hurt that the food is fantastic. Their prices are fair, as well. Our family faves? Well, my teenage daughter is not a fan of the raw fish, but just can’t get enough of their salmon teriyaki bento box(from which she very quickly hands over the california rolls that come with it.) The rest of us like the ‘hot night roll’ and the ‘salmon tempura roll’, but we don’t always limit ourselves to those. When we venture away from them and get a different roll we are never disappointed.

Ordered online through Eat24. When the order came, the delivery guy asked me to come out to the gate(I live in condo). People order delivery food for a reason! I hate it when delivery guys ask me to come out to receive my food. Anyways, my BBQ Short Rib was over cooked. Sushi I ordered was no fresh fish at all. I don’t know if it was just today or if it’s like this everyday, but I would not order sushi from this place. Sushi Boy is way better.

This isn’t on the food, just the appearance when I walked in. Food and trays on a lot of empty tables.

If you’re paying a visit to the hospital, this is a good place to get some grub. My wife and I split the udon with the California roll combo for something like $ 6. My wife was happy with her udon and we shared the 4 pieces of California roll. I usually never order that stuff, but I wanted something small, cheap, and sushi-ish. I thought iwas good for the price. While we were eating, this one guy came in and was making small talk with the lady from the kitchen about how good her udon is. I’m not a big fan of udon, but I think he was right. It is pretty damn good here. The whole time while we were eating, the guy who took our order was on the phone handling an order for delivery. Oh man, I felt so bad for him and whoever it was on the other end. I would have lost patience and hung up a long time ago. We heard the guy repeating, quite clearly, «What is your phone number? What is your phone number? What is your phone number, please.» And then«What city is that? What city do you live in? What is the name of the city, please?» He must have been on the phone for at least ten minutes taking this person’s order, but he was really, really patient and polite. Great service, fair prices, and from what I had, good food.

I come here once in a while mainly out of desperation for some non-fried, non-processed, «Asian cuisine.» I work across the street so I usually don’t have time to drive out for some teriyaki or some rolls. Any way, the food here isn’t bad, you get what you expect from a mom and pop sushi spot, it hits the spot. BUT! when I say mom and pop, its literally a mom and a pop. that is why I am giving it three stars. They really should hire help. I feel really bad for even critiquing this, but the food comes out about 20 to 25 minutes after you order it, they don’t serve you your drink until your meal comes out, and I can’t muster up the courage to say something because they are truly busy, not to mention the owner is rushing around with a very stressed faced and I don’t even want to imagine how crazy his wife is going cooking all the food in the back. Other than that, the food here is A-OK. The pricing is good, well actually its a bargain, I am stuffed beyond belief after I am done devouring my bento lunch special. Some healthy tips: Substitute the«thousand island» dressing on the salad for some«asian dressing» I think the thousand island dressing is straight up 90% mayo and the remaining 10% is something orange.
