This 7⁄11ISTHEWORST I HAVEEVERBEENTO! On one occasion, they hassled me and my fiancé when buying wine because I carried a bottle of wine but did not have my id on me. My fiancé also had a bottle in his hand, had his id and was paying for everything. They refused to sell me the bottle i had because I didn’t have my id. the second occasion, I was with my fiancé again and we had gone to subway first with the intention of going to 7⁄11 after to get water and ice cream. The harassed my fiancé by following us to subway, making many racial slurs and yelling at us for parking in the wrong spot if we’re going to subway. I told him we were going in after and we will be quick but we weren’t fast enough for him. He continued to yell at other patrons in Subway, the two women that worked at subway and almost got into a fist fight with another patron at subway. If i could give them 0 stars I would. I have called the BBB on these people, have footage and witnesses of their racial slurs and inappropriate behavior. Please do not support this business. The have shown very poor and selective customer service.

Worst experience at a 7 – 11 ever! I was there today 3−24−15 this morning around 7:45 am & was helped by an older tall, bald middle eastern man working the register whose name I should’ve got. I asked him if the buffalo chicken on the grill was ready to which he replied in a very arrogant matter«What a silly question, I wouldn’t have them out there if they weren’t». I was shocked in the way he responded & I told him that kind of customer service is the kind that makes me not want to come back here. And again he responded in an even worse way saying«I hope you never come back». I have been coming here for about 5 years about 4 days a week before I go in to work & never have I gotten disrespected like that anywhere. When Brandy was working here in the mornings I always got a friendly welcome from him & always helped out without disrespecting. Now with this other tall bald guy there I will never go back! He deserves to be on cleaning duty, filling up coffee, not behind the register. He has no people skills & is a prick to put it nicely. I recommend everyone go to another 7 – 11 in the mornings as this one doesn’t know how to treat costumers!

Parking is the worst! The clerk was super rude and acted as though I was knocking on his front door at home and bothering him for a lotto ticket. And speaking of lotto tickets(the reason I went there) the machine wasn’t working. That was a real bummer, and a waste of my time.

Normally don’t leave reviews for these types of joints since they’re all the same/generic. But this review is for the worker Dave. So I walk in grab a 99 cent big gulp and stand in line to pay. I hand the guy a $ 100 and he tells me he has no change. Ok fine no worries, I have no smaller bills so I say I don’t want it. He tells me I can’t since its a fountain drink and tells me I’m obligated to pay for it. I didn’t even take a sip out of the sucker either. He holds my money hostage telling me I have to wait there until he gets enough business to make change. Even has the nerve to tell me to call the police. WOW. Argument ensues and voices are raised. A guy behinds me who hears everything lays a $ 1 on the counter, I tell the guy no don’t worry about it, this isn’t your problem and grab the $ 1 and walk out of the store to chase him down and return his $. He walks off waving his hand saying don’t worry about it. This worker Dave has the nerve to tell me the guy that left the dollar is a nice guy and a rich guy and I’m not since I don’t have a $ 1 in my pocket. 2ndWOW. Seriously a $ 100 is not good enough for you??? I grab my $ 100 and leave the drink on the counter… and the kicker… he tells me GODBLESSYOU as I walk out… To the kind man who laid the $ 1 on the counter. I owe you a $ 1 or better yet a beer.

Caveat: This is only for Saturday morning visits The 7 Eleven representative(not sure if employee or owner) that greets me on Saturday mornings is super friendly and nice! This smallish store is located in the plaza next to my dry cleaner. Makes it really easy to drop off my laundry and pick up my lotto ticket, which he already has ready for me as soon as I walk through the door! Hopefully, I’ll win one day and someone else will be dropping off my laundry. Con: really hard to find parking because it’s in a TINY strip mall just off of 5 points. But, the early bird catches the parking spot.

The clerk at 7Eleven usaully dissappoint me, but this location was surprizingly worse. The clerk was this Indian guy named Anthony? ok… watch me like a hawk the whole time i was in the store, as if I was going to steal, then when im in line to check out he decides to get on his cell phone and make a call. Yes. he made a call while checking out lottery for the lady next first in line. He then stops checking her items and and turns his back and contintues his conversation. I say no more
