Happy Pets Mobile Grooming

I dislike writing bad reviews, but felt this one was mandatory. The groomer is hard to get in touch with, and when I had to reschedule an appt. and finally did get in touch with her over the phone, she was angry, rude and said she would call me back to see if she could work my dog into her schedule. She never called back. She said I was disturbing her during her dinner hour, and then she hung up on me. The whole situation felt very unprofessional.
I am glad to have my pup not be groomed by her, as who knows what her anger issue is or rather she would have been angry with my dog, but sad to have lost a groomer who I thought did a good job on my dog. I cannot recommend this groomer and her mobile pet grooming.
