Meet the Business Owner

Mike H.

Business Owner

A founding member of TBH&E, Mike has a wide-​ranging background in complex litigation. An experienced litigator, Mike has successfully represented numerous individuals, businesses and insurance carriers at trial, arbitration and mediation.

Mike is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he has been admitted to practice pro hac vice in numerous jurisdictions throughout the country. In 2010, Mike was selected by his peers as a Rising Star of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers®, a distinction awarded to only 2.5 percent of all attorneys under the age of 40. He resides in Carroll County, MD near the Pennsylvania border with his wife and three young sons.
