Business Owner

Valerie started her baking career standing on a kitchen chair as a child and «helping» her Mother by dumping flour and sugar into the mixing bowl. When she was old enough to reach the bowl without a chair, she headed to culinary school and earned a degree in Pastry Arts. With the addition of two of her own «helpers» she decided to start a family based business all about fun, whimsy, and of course delicious products… The Dancing Apron Bakery!
