Established in 1994.

Deven’s Deli has been serving the BWI Airport and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. With everything from breakfast, lunch, and dinner to a full catering selection, Deven’s Deli has everything you’re looking for. Whether you’re stopping in for a deli sub or to try one of our renowned shrimp salad sandwiches, you will find that Deven’s Deli uses only the freshest of ingredients. Since the day we opened the doors to our first location, Deven’s Deli has sought to make a difference in the community. Deven Patel, the founder and owner, has a passion for serving others and never hesitates to reach out a hand to someone in need. He and his wife Hetal are known for continually helping local needy families and contributing regularly to community groups hosting fundraisers. Deven has received many awards for his work throughout the area including, but not limited to, the following:

The food was Delicious!!! We were passing through the town and found this hole in the wall on Unilocal for lunch. We ordered two of the deli sandwiches and the meat was deli quality and you can tell how fresh the bread was. you must get the fries and gravy!

After seeing all the reviews on Unilocal and people telling us about Devens deli we made the short drive today. Don’t let the outside put you off. The owners were extremely friendly and the food was fantastic.
We both had a turkey club. We also tried the coleslaw and last but not least… the fries with gravy. OMG if you are from NJ you NEED to go to Devens for an order of these!
Food = outstanding
Service = amazing (friendly and they asked if we wanted to try so many things).
Go for lunch! You will not be sorry.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat with the girlfriend. When people say it’s a dive, they aren’t lying. However, there is something really homey about it, and every customer paired with the owner was incredibly friendly. Food was fresh and really quite good. You always think a sandwich is just a sandwich, until you eat a sandwich that blows that notion out of the water. It’s so simple, but oh so good.
I got some Shrimp salad to go as well, and that shit was the bomb.
Tldr: Really nice owner + really fresh sandwich fixings = Happy customer

This place is a hole in the wall restaurant that resembles a gas station. Walk up counter for ordering food with a few aisles of convenience store items. I flew in to BWI and was starving so I stopped here. The freshly made jumbo lump crab cake sandwich was delicious! Huge visible chunks, well seasoned, and homemade tartar sauce. Yum!

Not from the area, came because it was close to the place I was visiting and it was well reviewed — I loved this little deli! The food was great and the owners were so helpful. They gave us samples of different items to help us choose our sandwiches. Loved the fries and shrimp salad wrap. Really great service, would definitely go back.

In town for work and found this place highly reviewed and decided to give it a try. It was precisely what I had hoped it would be. The only thing better than the food was the service. I was in the mood for a cheese steak, which turned out to be great. While I waited, the gentleman behind the counter encouraged me to try a sample of the shrimp salad as well as the turkey salad… nothing short of amazing (on my list for next time). It’s clear these guys are passionate about the food they put out, no question I’ll be back here next time I’m in town. Thanks for a great meal guys.

Great customer service… Reasonable prices… Great deli style sandwiches for lunch on the go. They have a vast selection of sandwich meats to choose from so I like them as an option outside the typical Panera/​Subway/​Potbelly options. The turkey clubs and shrimp salad have been favorites of mine.

I wanted shrimp salad but I am doing low carb — the owners went out of there way to make sure I was happy with my order.

Great customer service. The couple that owns this place are so nice and personable. In the past, I usually went in for a drink or a pack of cigarettes (because it looks like a convenience store from the outside). The owner has spoken with me several times and handed me a menu on my way out. I haven’t had everything on the menu but I haven’t been disappointed with the quality of food or service once; great place to go for something to eat.

Like everyone else is stating, who cares what the place looks like from the outside! Food was so delicious and fresh! They offered us many samples while we were waiting for our food, and the shrimp salad was so delicious that my friend and I both changed our orders to get the shrimp salad. I can’t wait to go back and try all the other delicious food they prepare. All the salads are homemade and very tasty!

Like everyone else said on here don’t let the looks of the building fool you this place has awesome food. The deli in this store is great they have a large selection of foods for such a small store. The only thing i would say is the grocery/​convenience section is a bit lacking and seems like it just exists because the deli doesn’t take up much room.

This place is located in the middle of nowhere. Far away from civilization. Okay not that far but still.
Spacious interior with a decent variety of goods to get and there’s a deli. They have a pretty big menu including Pit meats, chicken box, BBQ and other tasty things. I wasn’t sure on what to get, there was a lot to choose from. So the owner just chose for me LMAO. A pulled pork sandwich with fries and a drink. As I was waiting, I saw a woman there sneezing ONTO THE WRAP PAPER! And using it! Fortunately she saw me looking right at her so she got new ones. It wasn’t for me, it was for the construction guy behind me. Close call.
But I went around looking at the various goods they have and decided to get some drinks and a bag of Honey BBQ chips. Everything came out to be around 11 bucks which was pretty good. Got home and tried the sandwich and surprisingly it was pretty tasty! The meat wasn’t dry or too stringy, it was just right. The fries were covered in salt, pepper and ketchup. They were alright.
If you’re around the area, this place has a pretty good package!
